"Location: Let's talk about the hotel's location first. It's a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which is quite convenient. I heard that Naples city center is rather chaotic, so I specifically chose a hotel that wasn't in the very center, but it's still very convenient for visiting various attractions. Room: The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a private balcony, dreamy lighting, and very clean bedding. The most unique feature was the shower room, with various showerheads to satisfy your showering needs—very Italian, haha! The heating in the room was also very good. Since everything was newly renovated, the experience was excellent! Service: Hotel check-in requires advance booking. It's best not to be late or change your time, otherwise you'll be fined! Use of the in-room kitchen is charged separately. The refrigerator is stocked with various drinks; if you forget to buy any, don't worry, just leave the money on the table. The landlord was incredibly lovely. We chatted for an entire afternoon. He treated me to Italian limoncello and even gave me a local little chili pepper, a symbol of good luck 🌶️. "It was a little difficult to find the hotel as it is hidden behind buildings along the Main Street. Was a small narrow road to get to the hotel. But once you get to the hotel everything is amazing! The hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean, with a grand winding stairwell as a signature. The breakfast has really great selection and of high quality. The staff provided awesome service!"
