"Location: Let's talk about the hotel's location first. It's a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which is quite convenient. I heard that Naples city center is rather chaotic, so I specifically chose a hotel that wasn't in the very center, but it's still very convenient for visiting various attractions.
Room: The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a private balcony, dreamy lighting, and very clean bedding. The most unique feature was the shower room, with various showerheads to satisfy your showering needs—very Italian, haha! The heating in the room was also very good. Since everything was newly renovated, the experience was excellent!
Service: Hotel check-in requires advance booking. It's best not to be late or change your time, otherwise you'll be fined!
Use of the in-room kitchen is charged separately. The refrigerator is stocked with various drinks; if you forget to buy any, don't worry, just leave the money on the table.
The landlord was incredibly lovely. We chatted for an entire afternoon. He treated me to Italian limoncello and even gave me a local little chili pepper, a symbol of good luck 🌶️. I want to thank the landlord and hope to stay here again next time I'm in Naples. If you're also looking for accommodation, I hope these reviews can help you!"

"The environment is good, the landlord/waitress is very warm, and there is breakfast made on the spot, which feels like home like living in airbnb
Disadvantages need to use whatsapp to communicate with the landlord in advance about the check-in time; Naples is biased in the mountain city, there are no restaurants and canteens around the hotel; the location is very strange, the uber driver is often lost according to the positioning.
Suitable for leisure and play, in general, not as convenient as a small hotel in the city center"
"The location is very central, walking distance to most of the attractions. A very friendly and kind host. We had breakfast everyday prepared by the host and room is cleaned everyday too. Thanks Claudio for the great stay in Napolli."
"Great location just minutes away from Dante metro. Staff were always very courteous & helpful. Breakfast was fairly simple but reasonably varied & more than adequate for us"
"It was a little difficult to find the hotel as it is hidden behind buildings along the Main Street. Was a small narrow road to get to the hotel. But once you get to the hotel everything is amazing! The hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean, with a grand winding stairwell as a signature. The breakfast has really great selection and of high quality. The staff provided awesome service!"

Great
GGuest UserThe location is good, but given the condition of the city, I would avoid walking at night if possible.
The common area, café, and the kitchen are great, impressive to me. The staffs are very friendly and supportive.
The room arrangement is good, two bathrooms and an extra sink for 6-bed dorm. There is even changing space in the room.
The towels are provided, look clean. The bedding looks clean too, but I got itchy while using them.
RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.
Thank you Massimo
and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.
GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.
GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.
YYuliyaNikaExcellent hotel. I recommend it.
Even before check-in, I was contacted with all the instructions for getting into the room (everything was extremely easy) and all my questions were answered.
Finding the hotel was simple; just make sure to read the signs.
The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. It was a comfortable refuge from the heat, with a rather quiet air conditioner.
Breakfast wasn't included for me, but snacks, juice, and milk were provided, along with tea and coffee. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle.
The room was cleaned daily.
The windows had mosquito nets and roller blinds.
Be aware that if your windows face the city, it can be quite noisy. I don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't bother me.
The bathroom also had everything needed: shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The water pressure was good, with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. There were no water supply issues.
There's an elevator in the building!
Right across the street is a small grocery store, and there are several others nearby, as well as a few cafes. The location is excellent:
- A few minutes' walk to the historic center.
- About 15-20 minutes' walk to the train station.
- 20 minutes by taxi to the airport.
- 30-40 minutes' walk to the promenade.
Thanks for the hospitality :)
GGuest UserHere you are making a lot of effort to balance the practical but difficult location at the train station. Wonderful breakfast, only at the reception you have shown youself unflexible
GGuest UserSmall but comfortable, facing the street but not too noisy, clean and good. Very close to the station.
Breakfast is simple but enough, cost-effective. No hair dryer, but you can ask the front desk.
