"I only stayed for one night, but it was great because it's close to the station. It's convenient to have a shower and toilet in the room. The sheets were clean, and disposable slippers, towels, and a toothbrush were provided, which was very handy. My bed was next to the fridge, so the noise was a bit noticeable, but I slept fine at night. I did notice some hair on the floor in the shared sink area, and I thought it would be good if there was a mop for cleaning. I'll use this place again."

"This was the best value-for-money experience I've ever had! Although there was a slight hiccup during self-check-in, the facilities were really new, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner thoughtfully provided kitchenware, so I could buy groceries and cook my own meals 🧡. I took a bath almost every day during the trip, which was very relaxing. The bathroom also had heating, so I didn't feel cold while showering! There are also bus stops and subway stations nearby, about a 5-15 minute walk, which is very convenient."

"The location is fantastic, super convenient, and really close to the subway station. There's a convenience store right downstairs which is a huge plus. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options in the area too. The hotel service was excellent; they handled an urgent situation very professionally. Highly recommend this place!"

"Fantastic! The front desk service was excellent! Although the hotel is small, it has everything you need: a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator. It's quiet and located right next to Ikebukuro West Gate Park, and only a five-minute walk to the JR station – absolutely amazing! However, for germaphobes, it might be a bit challenging as the room definitely shows its age. But honestly, that's not important. For just over 300 yen, these conditions are the absolute best you can get. I've never stayed in such a cost-effective hotel. Highly recommend!!!!"

"”Great 7-night stay!” Everything was perfect. The room was big, clean, and tidied up every day. All the staff (reception and cleaners) were very friendly. The location is super convenient—near the train station, shops, and restaurants. The only minor issue was the door; it’s not very soundproof, so I could hear some noise from the hallway. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"✨ A Hidden Gem in Ikebukero This place is a rare find in a great location. Depending on which metro line you take, it’s about a 10–15 min walk from the station (C1 exit). The street is quite narrow, so large vehicles can’t enter. If you’re taking a taxi or shuttle, you’ll need to get dropped off nearby. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and they allowed us to store our luggage safely—plenty of space provided. The accommodation runs on an AirBnB-style concept, with shared kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas. A washing machine is available for free use, and the dryer costs only 100 yen for 30 minutes. We booked a triple-sharing ensuite room with 3 futons, strong air-conditioning, and enough space to open our luggage comfortably. It’s cosy but perfect for three guests. Since it’s a shared-style accommodation, guests are encouraged to keep quiet and respect others. Overall, it’s simple, clean, and comfortable—great value if you’re looking for a home-like stay in the heart of Ikebukero."
