Hotels near Temmabashi Station, Osaka

"Had previously stayed at a Hotel Keihan Kyoto Ekiminami in Kyoto, and it was a fairly good experience. So when Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae popped up when I was doing a search on Osaka hotels, I decided to give it a go. Pleasantly surprised I must say. The hotel room was very nice and cozy and pleasantly decorated. It had much more flair than the Kyoto branch, and had a more inviting and stylish vibe. Everything was well maintained, clean and almost pristine. Staff were friendly and professional. As for the location, that could be a minor inconvenience for some, as I had to transit 2 train lines to get there, though overall I found it not a hardship to travel to many of the places I wanted to visit. Huge plus was there was a mall just opposite the hotel, and it was walking distance to 3 different konbinis. Overall I still enjoyed my stay pretty much, and will consider this hotel again."

"Stayed at the hotel for almost three weeks. The location is very good for the price. The hotel itself may not be the newest, but it’s quite well thought out. Overall it’s quiet, though sometimes I was woken up by sirens since there’s a police station nearby and a fire station a bit further away. The reception is good, housekeeping is good, and the breakfasts are decent. Also, note that the hotel is close to metro stations on both the purple and green lines. The purple line (near the 7-Eleven) goes directly to Umeda, from where you can easily reach Kyoto and Kobe, and from Tennoji you can get to Nara. The green line will take you to the aquarium. I went to Osaka Castle almost every day because it’s so close - highly recommend visiting it in the evening, around 8 PM. It’s a great experience: very few people and the castle looks amazing when illuminated. There are also McDonald’s and Burger King nearby with self-service kiosks that accept ICOCA and Suica, just like the 7-Eleven and other nearby convenience stores. I especially recommend evening walks from the hotel to Dotonbori via Hommachi. Along the way you’ll pass boutiques with beautiful displays, including luxury car showrooms."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama. After arriving from Kyoto, where we had a slightly unpleasant hotel experience, staying here was a refreshing change. We booked the Relaxing Room and loved the spacious layout, especially the seating area where we could unwind after a long day. We also appreciated the massage machine provided in the room. Since exploring Osaka involved a lot of walking, we often ended the day with sore legs and cramps, and the machine genuinely helped us relax. The room was clean, and the bathtub was perfect for soaking and unwinding after a busy day. True to its name, the room was incredibly relaxing, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The only minor drawback would be the location. We liked how quiet Kitahama was, as it is primarily a business district, but it may feel a little far from popular tourist areas such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, which could be slightly inconvenient for some travellers, especially families. However, this was not an issue for us as a couple, as we enjoyed walking around the area. If we return to Osaka, we would definitely love to stay here again. 🙌"

"The front desk staff were great, and the room was spacious. However, there was mold on the bathroom mirror, and the location is a bit out of the way. Overall, it was good. You have to take out your own trash; there's a designated area for it. You also have to change your own towels; you can pick up fresh ones and new trash bags at the front desk. We stayed for ten days and had one full cleaning service."

"This was my third time staying at your hotel, and due to personal reasons, I ended up staying for 20 consecutive nights this time. The hotel's basic facilities are quite comprehensive; the room had an air purifier, microwave, and sink, and the space was sufficient. There was plenty of storage with a safe, cupboards above and below, and even space under the bed for belongings. Towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities could be replaced by staff upon request, and the room had no unpleasant odors. What the hotel lacks is that the air conditioning in the room is too noisy and needs improvement. Just outside the hotel, on Sakaisuji Road, there's a Sugi Pharmacy store that sells a variety of food items like chocolates and biscuits, which are tax-free, and you can even get a discount if you spend over 10,000 yen. I've stayed at three other hotels in this vicinity, and yours offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth recommending."

"Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was great. The location is really excellent – within 100 meters, you'll find a subway station, convenience stores, coffee shops, and a mall. There are also several restaurants nearby. Check-in is done via a self-service machine, and there's a Cainiao Express point nearby where you can send packages."

"Very good, came during the cherry blossom season, there is a field of cherry blossoms at the door, you can see a field of cherry blossoms when you go out in the morning, and you can also see them before returning to the hotel at night. It is also very close to cherry blossom spots such as the Mint and Osaka Castle. It is a perfect hotel for cherry blossom viewing!"

"The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but transportation is still convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to Tenmabashi. The complimentary cookies at check-in were delicious! The room layout is well-designed; we could fit a stroller and open two large suitcases comfortably. Plus, the baby cot was free, though it needed to be reserved in advance."

"Very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, and the location was super convenient. It's close to Tenmangu Shrine, not far from Tenjinbashi shopping street, and there's a supermarket nearby. Overall, it's very convenient, and I'd likely choose to stay here again."

"The room was quite spacious, with one large bed and one small bed, perfect for a family of three. The service and cleanliness were good, but they only clean every three days, claiming it's for environmental reasons. That's a bit ridiculous, as other hotels clean daily. Breakfast was included, which was a plus, though there wasn't much variety – just enough to fill you up. Otherwise, I was very satisfied; it's a suitable place to stay."
