A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. A clean pool and clean rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

This is a gem located just two blocks from riverside, plenty of places for food and few minutes walk to the market. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming, vibe is calm and relaxing with spacious rooms, a beautiful pool and a nice spa. Breakfast selection is very good as well. Thanks to Sky and Marida for their help during our stay. We highly recommend it.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. You can find any information you need here. And I really love the fact this is community owned. The income will be used to contribute back to the community development. The room is clean and very affordable price.

Overall this was not a bad place to stay but it wasn’t the best place either! The room was clean, nice and spacious. Also the location was good being a 10 min walk to pub street. However, the Air conditioning wasn’t great so the room was mostly warm other than where the bed was. Then the biggest downside was the pool, even though it was very enjoyable in the heat. For some reason it ruined our swimwear as the water seemed to dye all of our bright swimwear orange. It was disappointing as it ruined about 20 dollars worth of our swimwear and when we mentioned it to reception they didn’t seem to care much or help us which was disappointing.

I just loved this hotel and will certainly be back. The bed was so comfortable and we had free drinks in the minibar and a bath tub . I love that the swimming pool is 24 hours open and was just amazed when they told me that. The breakfast has a range of food from different cultures. I will be back.

Drilling noise at 9 am. One of the staff entered my room without permission and stole my money. I asked them to check the cameras and they did but they refused to connect me with the manager of the hotel. Room amenities are so old. You have to pay 5 bucks extra just to use the AC otherwise you will have to use a very noisy fan. Other than that everything was fine! The room was clean and location is perfect!

I love this Place! The staff are so friendly and very helpful. They arranged I and my girlfriend a tour to angkor wat temple the way they explain to us very nice with wonderful English Speaking skills and they always smile. we started the tour at 2pm with small tour sunset it was very nice. so I suggest to all tourisms if come to siem reap don't forget to stay here at the Moon Residence & Spa, they'll do everything to meet your expectations. even more! We love it here. It's only our first night and we're definitely coming back here. I especially like the pool and the balcony. They are just perfect, really, with fresh foliage and lovely furniture surround.

Overall, it was very good. The staff were attentive and the hotel has its own massage services and restaurant. When there are fewer guests, breakfast is served as a set menu, but when it's busy, it's a buffet. The set menu is especially delicious.

Situated in a quiet lane not far from the city center, with easy access to various dining options. The rooms are spacious and offer a peaceful night's sleep. The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast selection is quite generous. The service was excellent. Overall, a fantastic boutique hotel.

I rarely write detailed reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. Cambodia pleasantly surprised us, and I can confidently recommend this hotel, and indeed a visit to this wonderful place, to everyone! First off, we were able to check in early since our room was available, which was a huge plus after nearly a full day of travel. Even better, our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderfully of some essential oil. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room tea station, where you could brew proper loose-leaf tea, not just tea bags. Breakfasts were excellent. Since we often left early for excursions, they prepared packed breakfast boxes for us. On the days we had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty to ensure you wouldn't leave hungry. A huge bonus was the coffee machine where the staff would make your coffee. I particularly want to highlight the view during breakfast – if you're an early riser, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We also ordered food from their restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel has a clean swimming pool (we saw them cleaning it early in the morning) and a small gym. You can also book a massage right at the hotel, which we did, trying their local massage – highly recommended! We also booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff helped us choose trips for all our days, which was super because we didn't have to search for everything ourselves. Plus, we had a very negative experience with tuk-tuks in Sri Lanka, so this way we felt safer. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything.
