The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

I stayed at Paradise Hotel Incheon because of its convenient location near Incheon International Airport. The best part was the free shuttle bus from Terminal 1. t departs from **Gate 3** from Terminal 1 and need to across the street go to 3C stop. Don't wait at the front of the bus stop 3C—the hotel shuttle stops near the far end. I waited at the front and almost missed it. I also noticed many people without luggage taking the same shuttle, and later realized they were probably going to the hotel's casino. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. However, I had some difficulty finding the reception because the hotel is huge and divided into different wings (Red Wing, Purple Wing, etc.). The minibar is complimentary and includes bottled water, one pack of almonds, two gummy candies of different sizes, tea bags, and coffee. Considering the room price, I expected a little more. Instead of two gummy candies, it would have been nice to have something like a small bottle of orange juice. The biggest disappointment was the toilet. It flushes automatically after about 6–7 seconds, as stated, but the flushing process takes a long time and is quite weak. I often had to stand up multiple times before everything worked properly because the water pressure was not strong enough. The bathtub also had a few hairs in it when I arrived, so I decided not to use it. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast is served on the first floor and costs an additional 75,000 KRW . There was a wide variety of food, and the quality was good. However, it was quite crowded with families and children. I stayed over the weekend, so that was probably the reason. The hotel suggests the guests to go there before 8.30 am to avoid crowd. The hotel also provides a small booklet with various discounts and benefits, including discounted casino membership, discounts at Lotte Department Store, and one free baggage drop-off service for selected airlines. I found this booklet useful. One important thing to know is that, under Korean regulations introduced in 2024, disposable toothbrushes and razors are no longer provided free of charge. If you use the hotel's toothbrush, it costs 2,000 KRW. I experienced the same policy at other hotels in Korea. I did not have time to use the swimming pool on the third floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location, free airport shuttle, comfortable bed, and breakfast were the highlights. The only major downside was the weak and slow-flushing toilet.

The owner was wonderful. It was our first time traveling to South Korea, and we hadn't planned well due to our inexperience. Whenever we encountered something unfamiliar, we'd contact the owner immediately, and they would wholeheartedly provide us with important information and thoughtful advice. We will definitely be returning. The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept soundly. Both the washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. The cooking stove was also excellent. The facilities were very comprehensive.

Not too far from the airport, a taxi ride cost 12,000 KRW from there. The hotel required a 100,000 KRW deposit upon check-in. There were two staff members who spoke Chinese. My child was attending a concert, and the room rate for that night was 3,180 KRW. The hotel has a shopping mall with a good variety of dining options, including KFC. There were also evening activities, and a convenience store was easily accessible. Plus, there's an Olive Young where you can buy cosmetics. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the airport, and from there, you can take the subway to the city center, which takes about an hour or so.

This Japanese-style budget hotel met a certain standard, but I was disappointed by the front desk staff. The front desk staff didn't bother to understand the situation and assumed I was cutting in line, giving me a bad attitude from the moment I checked in. Actually, I arrived at the hotel at noon that day and learned that check-in wasn't until 3 PM. When 3 PM rolled around and I was waiting in line, a female front desk staff member arrived and waved for people to come forward. Two other people and I went forward at the same time. After the people in front of me checked in, she disappeared. I continued to wait, and when she came back, she had a sour face and told me to get back in line, saying I couldn't cut. She also spoke to me in Korean, which I didn't understand, and it made me feel helpless. After that, I re-queued. When it was my turn, another very polite female front desk staff member helped me and asked if it was my first time staying at the hotel. She apologized for making me re-queue and said she understood that I might have misunderstood the previous interaction. But the previous staff member still looked upset and didn't say anything. I want to say that the front desk is the face of the hotel, and they shouldn't be serving customers with that kind of attitude. Even if I misunderstood, they should have explained it to me nicely.

amazing room, advanced technology in rooms considered that this is a business hotel. however, the front-dest officers were quite shocked when they saw me. It felt like I wasn't supposed to be there - understood since the check-in time is 2200hrs. Not sure if they spoke English(again, understandable since we're in South Korea), so as long as you can speak Korean or even the basics of it, you're good. I spoke korean and the check-in process became significantly faster. Paid 90k won to check in at 11am(cheap for me since I just want to sleep). However, props to the housekeeping team, room was squeaky clean for the price paid. Bedding and pillows were extremely soft I had such a good sleep. Unfortunately I'm not coming to Incheon again, but I do recommend you try this hotel for a night if you're in Incheon. Excellent location actually, 5 minutes away to subway and many eateries around.

The hotel is right outside Yunxi Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's an Olive Young, a convenience store, and many dining options. I highly recommend the octopus BBQ restaurant nearby. For pharmacies, '365' is a great choice – it's large and has a comprehensive selection. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the soundproofing is pretty good. The only minor inconvenience is that the bathroom shower stall doesn't have a door. The hotel offers an airport shuttle bus. You need to scan a QR code to book it a day in advance. Once confirmed, pick up your ticket at the front desk, which the driver will collect when you board.

Didn’t realize it was self check in which was fine and easy enough to figure out. The view was great! It was lovely waking up to the ocean. The towels had some long black hair on them. The pillow cases had a few dirty marks. Every thing else was clean and orderly. The hot water pressure was terrible.

Location: The hotel looks premium and spacious. Location is near Lottie department store, outlet stores rodeo street etc maybe 10-15minutes walk. Accessible to bus station to reach the subway maybe a 5-8mins by bus. Restaurants are everywhere and convenience store nearby. Cleanliness. At the first glance it looks sparkling clean but when my sister put her short underwear on the closet line it’s all dust all over the short that she needs to throw the short. The loose hanger are with some dust so we dare not use the bathrobe. There are trash on the side table crevices. The toilet is spacious with hot and cold shower. But no big towels. We did ask for big ones but was only shorter tower a little larger than the face towel. Was it language barrier but the only towel in the bathroom was the small ones maybe you need to be specific. Breakfast buffet: we came short by 10minutes so they did not allow us to eat but the hours showed 7-9am no mention of a 10 minute fire 9am policy. Most of the food are spicy even the noodles so try if first before making a handful of serving. Coffee is unavailable at the kitchen you have to go to the lobby to get your coffee and bring it down. Coffee options are generous and we with water and ice are also provided anytime at the lobby. Staff and checking in: checking in was very smooth less than 5minutes, very vice and accommodating but the lobby is always empty so they advised to call or dial 0 if you need assistance but at times no answer. The young staff was able to book us a taxi but the other staff previously denied our request. Maybe it’s a language barrier issue. But both are helpful. Take note that there is no English translation of the remote and you need it to turn of the air conditioned. It was not auto on took us. Awhile to figure it out and I have to go down to the lobby for assistance as they could not explain it properly. Though it is a good value for money if they will not improve their services would reconsider.

Located in Bupyeong, Incheon, this place was the perfect choice for relieving accumulated fatigue while enjoying a relaxing soak, thanks to the spacious bathtub in the room. The sophisticated interior, featuring marble-patterned floors and luxurious wall designs, made me feel pampered throughout my stay. The overall space was clean and had a great atmosphere, making it a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish accommodation near Bupyeong.
