"Actually the price/performance ratio is average, but the hotel staff are so caring! ! The Mexican staff, who didn't speak English well, saw our couple stay in, and helped us arrange the room the next day during our outing. The flowers on the bed were picked fresh! ! Carefully help us occupy the parking space every day! Very simple! ! Super considerate of guests!"

"The apart-hotel is located in the center of Playa del Carmen, close to Walmart, MEGA, OXXO, and other shopping options. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach. We weren't keen on the beach itself due to the seaweed and lack of natural shade from trees. The hotel itself is modernly furnished, and everything is functional. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, cutlery, a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove, and more, making it easy to cook your own meals. "The hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The staff is friendly and polite, making you feel welcome. There are several restaurants and a good variety of drinks and food. Unfortunately, the area isn’t safe—my bag was stolen, and we also witnessed a very serious car accident with fatalities. The hotel itself is great, but due to the safety concerns, I wouldn’t return to Cancun/Playa del Carmen."

"The hotel’s breakfast is in a small restaurant on the corner of the hotel. The included breakfast is very simple (watermelon, two slices of bread, coffee and orange juice), but it can be replaced by another breakfast set for another 50 pesos."

"It was AMAZING! I had such a great time there! The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. I made sure to eat and drink as much as possible, I think I ate too much! There is only a buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner at the restaurants. It's à la carte (if you paid for the package) and you can order as much food as you want. Mexican food for lunch and Italian or Mexican food for dinner (you have to book for dinner). I also love that the rooftop bar has unlimited great food for the whole day. The pool area was nice and so was the furniture. My room was huge and very spacious, I did not have the best view which didn't matter because I was upstairs on the rooftop for most of the time. They also stock the room fridge with soft drinks and beer which are unlimited. Each floor has a water cooler machine and an ice machine which was great when it came to refilling my water bottles. I think it's a great idea instead of the single use water bottles. I highly recommend staying here, my only regret was not staying here longer. I will be back in the future! "

"The room is spacious and bright. It is very close to Fifth Avenue, making it convenient for travel. The entrance is hard to find. You need to take an escalator to a platform. The glass door opposite is the hotel entrance."

"It is well located and protected place. Foods are amazing and there are too many different kinds. Pool is nice. It only needs a better beach. Not for a beach holiday but others are really good."

"The room is very spacious, it is a suite, with a simple kitchenette, you can cook some eggs and boil water, it is highly recommended for families with children. The house is not very new, and the hotel is not big, but it is very clean, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, and you can stay on the beach after checking out. The location is excellent, just a corner from the bustling main street, but it is not noisy at night, very quiet and you can only hear the sound of the waves."

"The hotel is very clean and in a convenient location. A shopping mall on the pedestrian street is just next to the hotel. I took an ADO bus to the Carmen Seaside from the Cancun Airport and walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes. It's 10 minutes' walk from the Walmart Supermarket."
