GGuest UserOverall, the stay was okay. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The accommodation met basic needs, though there is still room for improvement in some areas. We enjoyed the swimming pool with the kids, and the house is suitable for a relaxing family getaway. Nonetheless, it was a decent experience. Thank you for the hospitality.

BBryan KrisBooked a room for my friend's family. Mr. Sugu arranged the room which was comfortable. Much thanks to him As per my earlier review on the same hotel for my room, the cons were no amenities provided. I hope the hotel management can look into the same and provide toothbrush and paste along with hand towels. Mr. Raam was on night duty and he has also provided professional service for the family room. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Sungai Petani. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the ETS station. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, the bed was comfortable and I had a restful night before the race. The bathroom, however, would benefit from some upgrades. I dined at the hotel’s restaurant, but service was rather slow, with both my order and those of other guests taking a long time to be served.

TTravyyyA quick stop by, the equipments and facilities are tired, need major maintenance, it’s working though, room is big but old. Not very accessible to the city centre without own transport. It is under renovation though.

AAnonymous UserSecond time staying here! The location is super convenient with parking available. Even though there's no breakfast, it's great value for money! The room is simple and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly, but their English isn't great. You can use Google Translate to communicate with them in Malay. Overall, it's pretty good! There are also plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for one night as a transit stop, and it was a simple, no-frills experience. Be aware that parking is not provided on-site, so you’ll need to park opposite the hotel across the road, which might be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or arrive late at night.
The room itself was basic but met essential needs. Towels and soap were provided, which was a nice touch for a short stay. The hot shower worked well, and I appreciated being able to freshen up after a long day of travel.
If you’re looking for a quick stopover, this hotel can serve the purpose, but don’t expect luxury or extensive amenities. Suitable for a one-night transit stay
