Hotels near Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the Twin Towers – just a 15-minute walk if you turn right out of the hotel and then right again. There's no deposit policy. I happened to check in early before 3:00 PM on September 19, 2026, for the FunRun event, and my room was upgraded for free to a high floor. From there, I could see both the Twin Towers and the swimming pool. The deluxe double room had double-glazed windows for soundproofing, and all the facilities were comprehensive, truly meeting five-star standards. The biggest highlight was the extensive and fresh breakfast, far superior to hotels I've stayed at in Imbi. Five stars from me! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to KL.

The hotel was nice, but I did have issues with the bathroom door door, not lock. I came and fixed the lock which was loose but still wasn’t looking. It wasn’t the door and the frame wasn’t attached door. There’s something should be checked before checking in. Also, I found a sofa dirty clean it. The rate of pay for the hotel should reduce when this swimming pool was not accessible, but was OK for me to use Next Door as some of the gym equipment wasn’t working. I don’t really expect that for my five so I should be on plane I’m one came to the floor find my room. There’s no arrow missing on the wall directly to my room 1014.. Would I stay here again? No

Although I only stayed for one night, the room type was a two-bedroom suite with a city view. The room facilities were good, including a washing machine, dryer, and cooking hob. Overall, the staff were very professional, proactive, and friendly. The only thing that needs significant improvement is the room cleanliness. Upon check-in, I noticed many obvious debris particles on the dining table chairs that had not been cleaned. This was clearly a failure of the housekeeping staff to thoroughly clean, and a lack of follow-up and supervision from their superiors. However, one thing worth praising is the buffet breakfast, which was varied and abundant, with freshly squeezed juices. If the room cleanliness improves, I would definitely stay again.

Our second stay here, overall stay was still comfortable. The bed, Aircon and shower water pressure is comfortable. Service from hotel staff and room view is good. When we required items in the room, hotel staff will send it up very quickly! The few setbacks of this room is that the room and toilet floor is a little bit dirty, the same piece of dirt and dust was still on the floor throughout our entire stay since we checked in. There are days where housekeeping would top up our toilet rolls, facial tissue, glass bottled water (add in additional bottles for us) without us asking, and we really appreciate this housekeeper! But there was 2 days where it felt like the house keeper barely did anything. Did not refill anything in the room and only took out the trash. The door separating the toilet and the room was also jammed, it can't be closed fully. Also now there's no more ear plugs for us to use when sleeping, and the bedroom slipper material is extremely scratchy on the skin. As we really like this hotel, we hope this hotel can improve a little bit, so that we can stay here every year when we come back to KL.

Our stay at BlackNest Vortex Suites KLCC was truly excellent, exceeding our expectations. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious and comfortable. Both the living room and bedroom were thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. The location is incredibly convenient, not far from KLCC and the Petronas Towers, with easy access to dining, shopping, and transportation. It's perfectly suited for families or groups of friends. I'd especially like to thank the service team here for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. Alam, Riyaz, and Pinky, in particular, were all incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. From check-in communication to resolving any issues we encountered during our stay, they were always quick to respond and actively help, making us feel very secure and comfortable while traveling abroad. We were genuinely delighted with their service and are very grateful to Alam, Riyaz, and Pinky for looking after us so well. The combination of a great living environment and such an outstanding service team made this trip to Kuala Lumpur even more enjoyable. We'll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to KL and will recommend it to our friends! Five-star rating!

It’s my second time staying here, and I came back because of the excellent experience I had during my first stay. Once again, the place was super clean, and all the amenities were exactly as listed. Check-in was smooth and easy. Special thanks to Ibrahim for being friendly and very responsive throughout the stay. Parking is also available for the unit just ask for it.

I stayed at Millerz Hotel for three nights. The location is good, although the area can experience heavy traffic. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable as I could feel the springs through the mattress. I requested a room change, and I really appreciated how helpful and responsive the staff were. However, the room change was provided on my third day, and unfortunately, I experienced the same issue with the bed again. On the third day, I also encountered an issue with the shower, as there was no hot water. The shower had been working fine during the first two days of my stay. Since it was already my last day, I did not inform the staff on this. Overall, I appreciate the staff’s responsiveness and willingness to assist, but the recurring bed issue and the shower problem on the last day affected my overall experience.

Really enjoy my stay here ,I choose the room with KLCC view and that’s the best view I got every time I wake up . Not to forget all the staff very friendly and welcoming here . The hotel cleanliness very great too . For those who bring your own vehicle , they have their own car park and the valet parking attendant will help you to park your car with fee around RM15 . Overall no regrets , will book here again when I visit KL next time ❤️

It is just a basic stay. You get what you paid but you need to pay extra for parking. The rule are complicated where you need to throw your rubbish by yourself but they are cleaner to clean the room?????

5/5 stars all around! Perfect spot right in Chinatown—super convenient location for getting around, with delicious food options literally steps away. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable for a restful night, and the staff were extremely welcoming. Outstanding value for a solo stay, would definitely come back! 🏮🏨
