Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Great

The hotel is quite large and clearly caters to business travelers; I saw many people attending conferences during my stay. However, the facilities show some age. The breakfast selection was decent. We had seniors and children with us, and I had read reviews saying the hotel's breakfast was well-suited for Chinese palates. On-site, there was congee and freshly made rice noodle dishes, which were good for the seniors, alongside some popular local dishes and 'Western' options. During peak hours, it got crowded and required queuing, so I'd recommend going to the restaurant earlier. When checking in and out, we didn't encounter any Mandarin-speaking front desk staff. However, communication was smooth with simple English, and the processes went without a hitch. Turning left out of the hotel, there's a small convenience store, and a 7-Eleven isn't much further down the road, making daily shopping very convenient. The room hardware is a bit dated, and the bedding had a slight yellowish tint. The Skytrain passes right by the hotel, and a station doesn't seem far, making public transport quite convenient. Overall, the minor flaws don't overshadow the positives; the overall value for money is still good, and I would recommend it.

My stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur was fairly average overall, and unfortunately, it did not quite live up to my expectations for a leisure or vacation stay. Check-in was quick and straightforward, which was a plus. The room itself was cozy, although I found that the toilet took up a rather significant portion of the room. The air-conditioning, however, was nice and cold, which I personally appreciated after being out in KL’s heat. Unfortunately, there were several issues during the stay that affected the overall experience. I had specifically requested a high-floor room, but was assigned Level 1 — which is essentially Level 2 when viewed from the international floor numbering perspective. This was disappointing, particularly as the request had been made in advance. I had also informed the hotel via email well before our arrival that we were staying to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, there was no special gesture or even acknowledgement of the occasion throughout our stay. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, but even a simple acknowledgement or small gesture would have made the stay feel more thoughtful. There was also an issue with one of the bedside table lights. The touch sensor appeared to be faulty and the light would not switch off when pressed. As a result, I had to sleep facing away from the light, which was quite annoying and something that should have been addressed before the room was assigned to a guest. Another issue was the renovation or maintenance work taking place early in the morning. At around 8:30am, there was considerable noise coming from the room/floor above. I eventually had to call the front desk to ask what was causing the noise. While I understand that maintenance and renovation works may sometimes be necessary, starting noisy works that early in the morning was not ideal, particularly for guests who are on holiday and would like to rest. The biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely its location. It is within walking distance of TRX and Pavilion KL, making it very convenient for shopping, business, or attending events in the area. Overall, I would not highly recommend PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur if you are specifically looking for a memorable vacation or staycation experience. There were simply too many small issues that added up during the stay. In my opinion, the hotel is more suitable for business trips, attending events, or travellers who prioritise location and convenience over the overall hotel experience. For a leisure trip, I would personally look at other options in KL.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room even has a small pool. Breakfast was plentiful, and the rooftop infinity pool offers great views for photos with the Petronas Towers. It's surrounded by hotels, and Pavilion Mall is less than a 10-minute walk away. The mall has all sorts of specialty food, including Fatty Crab. I'll definitely be back again!

Good service and friendly staff. They allowed me to have a late check-out until 1:00 p.m., which was very helpful. The café at the lobby is nice, and the Level 2 restaurant has a great view of the monorail. Highly recommended!

For this Kuala Lumpur trip, we chose to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC, and I must say it was absolutely the right decision The room was very clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for both relaxing and taking photos. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night when you can see the city lights—such a romantic atmosphere The location is also excellent, very close to KLCC and many key attractions. It’s super convenient to get around, whether you want to eat, explore, or go shopping—no long travel needed at all. What made this stay even more impressive was the care from Alum 🙏 From before check-in until the day we checked out, Alum was always there to assist us. Quick responses, clear information, and very helpful with everything—from check-in instructions to travel tips—everything went smoothly and stress-free. It really felt like someone was taking care of us throughout the whole trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur that is clean, well-located, has a great view, and comes with attentive service, I highly recommend this place 👍 I will definitely come back to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC again next time. Thank you so much, Alum, for taking such great care of us throughout our stay

I had a really good stay at this apartment. The room was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed: plates, slippers, a microwave, a kettle for heating water, a hairdryer, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The facilities were also good. There’s a pool and a simple gym. However, the pool was under maintenance for 1 out of the 2 days I stayed, so just keep in mind that it might sometimes be unavailable. The only downside was that at night there was a bad smell coming from the toilet in the bathroom. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this place.

The hotel is good, clean, with an excellent and varied breakfast, and responsive staff. The room is large, and you can see the monorail passing by from the window, but it's still quiet. The soundproofing is very good. It's conveniently located in a quiet area, within walking distance to the metro, and the monorail is 700 meters away. However, there's a market nearby, so you might encounter rats in the evening. You can also walk to the towers!

The location is great and very convenient, with a mall and convenience store downstairs. However, the bathroom facilities in the room need repair, and the customer service could be improved.

Fantastic stay with excellent amenities and very helpful staff! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cubic Botanical Suites and were highly satisfied with everything. The suite was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Having a well-equipped kitchen and a large TV was a huge plus, making our stay incredibly comfortable and feel like a home away from home. The service was also excellent. During our stay, I accidentally locked us out because a lock button had been pressed from the inside, making the keycard unusable from the outside. Even though it took about two hours to get a technician to come and open the door, the staff handled the situation very professionally, and we were extremely grateful for their help. Overall, a fantastic place that we highly recommend to anyone!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! 🤗 And the staff are super friendly. They sent me photos with directions before I arrived on the same day, which made it so easy to find. I booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a two-room suite, which made my trip so much more comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect, directly connected to MixC Mall, making it super convenient to get there. You can see the escalator connecting to MixC Mall as soon as you exit on the 8th floor. In the evenings, you can even catch a mini laser show from your window. I realized I left some clothes in the wardrobe after checking out, but they took great care of my lost belongings – I'm so grateful! And to top it all off, they gave me a Qingdao magnet as a farewell gift. Thank you so much! 🙏
