Great
GGuest UserGreat to stay if you are connecting flights or have to stay at the airport. A bit of a walk from domestic terminal but there are shuttles. Room was clean. Shampoo and soap smelt nice. I couldnt really figure out the lights between the bed and the shower as there is a sliding frosted glass door that separates the two. But all the lights turned off which is what was important. Not much of a view, only if you love construction and the layout of an airport. Over it was a great place to relax after lots of traveling.

LLikehaiyangThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to the University of Auckland. After taking a taxi from the airport to Waitemata Station, it's about a four or five-stop bus ride from Britomart, and the bus stop is right across from the hotel. There are many bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was very smooth; even though there were a lot of people checking in that afternoon, it was well-organized and efficient overall. The front desk staff were also very friendly and even asked if I had stayed at their hotel before. I mentioned I had been to Cordis Beijing Capital Airport previously, but this was my first time here. Upon entering, I noticed the hotel's signature scent, which was indeed identical to the one at Cordis Beijing Capital Airport. The room facilities were all great, the mattress was very comfortable, and there were plenty of charging outlets. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also very fast. The toiletries were of high quality with a pleasant scent, and since the weather was dry in autumn, applying some body lotion made me feel very comfortable. Cordis hotels are known for their breakfast, and the restaurant in the morning certainly offered a wide variety of delicious-looking options. Perhaps due to jet lag, my stomach still thought it was 4 or 5 AM after I finished eating, so I didn't eat much. All in all, this booking on Trip.com offered excellent value for money, and this comfortable trip made me very happy and relaxed.

Great
XXiang-XuThe hotel's location is great, with unbeatable views and a huge balcony. The only downside is the uphill walk back from the town center. Cleanliness and service are acceptable. However, the facilities are more akin to a guesthouse than a hotel; the decor feels very much like a B&B. The bathroom has a glass door, and the toilet emits a blue light that shines through all night. The duvet was thick and heavy, making it very uncomfortable and oppressive. There's no service after 11 PM when the staff leaves. For the price, I'd rate it a 3.5 out of 5.

AAR mustafaI stayed at Auckland Harbour Suites for five days. Overall, the hotel offered a good location and comfortable facilities. However, I experienced an incident that I feel is important to share for the awareness of future guests. On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my insulated winter pants (thermal trousers) were missing when I wanted to use them. My wife and I searched the entire room thoroughly, including under the bed sheets, but we could not locate the item. We reported the matter to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue and informed us that they would look into it. I also mentioned that I was not accusing any staff member and that there was a possibility I might have misplaced it. Despite continuing our search later that night, the item was still not found. The winter pants are quite bulky, padded, and lined with thick beige synthetic fur, making them easy to recognise and unlikely to be overlooked. When we returned to our room the following day, we found that the winter pants had been placed on the dining table. I took photos as evidence. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that the item had been found under the bed sheet. I found this explanation difficult to believe, as the pants are large and easily recognizable. While I chose not to argue further, I strongly suspect that the item had been taken out of the room and later returned. While I cannot determine exactly what happened and prove this without further evidence such as CCTV footage, I believe this incident serves as a reminder for guests to take extra care and be mindful of their personal belongings during their stay. I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests and to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

WWojiushiwo buyiyangdeyanhuoThe room had a beautiful view, and the balcony door could be opened, but you couldn't get out because there wasn't enough room to stand, which was a shame! The only downside to the room was that if you opened the refrigerator and didn't close it immediately, or if you closed the door too slowly, a speaker on the ceiling would suddenly start making noises in English. Since my English isn't good, I couldn't understand a word they were saying, and it was terrifying! I felt like I was being spied on, and I didn't even know I was changing clothes. Was there any CCTV in the room? It was quite frightening, and I'm afraid to extend my stay.

WWestieWillNo air conditioning and no warning there is none. Sweltering hot room. The parking signage is contradictory as staff can have family members park in front to visit city. Sign clearly states under no exception is cars to be left parking in front. That is quite rude. A guest checking out is stopping just to give key card over and check out. A staff members family parks behind and walks down road. Making guest stuck to move out and leave. The sign is law yet staff are allowed to circumvent this and guest was made to wait for over an hour for car user to return from city before travelling to next hotel down country. I witnessed it all and the guest was visiting from overseas with a hired van! When a sign is put up then that is policy! Bending the policy like the staff here is showing disregard for taking care of client unless they are family? Must inform people of no air conditioning before they book as it is very misleading!!! Mysteriously the air conditioning works in the entrance where staff are. Just not in almost all the rooms. Hardly any sleep when room way too hot. Outside on one of their pillars has the sign stating about parking out front. Yet staff are allowed to let their families park however long they want out the front. Stayed here 3 year before and the spa bath dirty. Key card not work so was treated like I was stupid and staff member find out the key card not work and had to go back down stairs to cut me new one. I had my aunty with me when booking and it included breakfast and parking with which I was denied at hotel and told that was not inclusive in the booking. At least that first time the room had air conditioning...

TTaogekanshijie[”**Version 1 (Short & Sweet):**\nSuper satisfied with our transit stay! The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly soft – I slept wonderfully. The free airport shuttle was so convenient, a real lifesaver for those with connecting flights or catching an early plane. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center; for pure sightseeing, staying downtown would be better. But for a transit stop, this place gets a full recommendation!”,”**Version 2 (Balanced & Honest):**\nThe overall hotel experience was good. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the mattress was soft and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long flight. The free airport shuttle service was the biggest highlight, saving both hassle and taxi fares. The location is indeed a bit out of the way and far from the city center, so it's not ideal for sightseeing or shopping. However, for a one-night transit stay, it's definitely a top choice and offers great value for money.”,”**Version 3 (Heartfelt Praise):**\nThis hotel is perfectly suited for an airport layover! The room was big enough, and the bedding was soft, making for a great night's sleep. The best part was the free round-trip airport shuttle – such thoughtful service, no need to fuss with taxis. The location is a bit far from the city center, making it less convenient for tourism, but for catching an early flight or a transit stay, it's truly excellent. Highly recommended for fellow frequent flyers!”]

GGuest UserAero Ak AP: It is a tired and inexpensive facility that has the essential items present ie. comfy mattress, clean, ironed sheets, effort made to present the room well, tv plus it has generous, off street parking. The service was pleasant. Restaurant available. No air-con, in-room plates, cutlery or microwave. Having a door to the verandah was a highlight.. They provide transport to get to the airport 14 minutes away. .
