Exceeded expectations! This is by far one of the best value-for-money hotels in Manila. The overall cleanliness was superb, facilities were excellent, and the decor was uniquely stylish and elegant—much better than what you'd find in the BGC area!

The location is excellent. There's a shopping mall and plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's very easy to get a taxi to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean, and having laundry facilities was a huge plus. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!

Hotel was really nice and modern with excellent bathroom and friendly staff! Easy to get to airport from in morning as grab is less than £5 and just 30 minutes away. Be aware hotel is on edge of red light district so some interesting characters hang round outside late at night but street is busy enough still feels safe

I would like to file a complaint regarding one of the hotel staff members assigned to the gym and pool. Yesterday, July 5, 2026, I went to use the gym and had an unpleasant experience. The staff member was rude when I asked about opening the gym. I chose not to make an issue of it at the time, hoping it was just a one-time incident. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again today when I went upstairs to use the gym. The staff member once again responded rudely while opening the facility. As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. This is not my first time checking in here, and I have also stayed in Quezon City before, so I am familiar with the usual level of service expected. Since this has happened twice in two consecutive days, I felt it was necessary to report it. I hope management can address this matter and remind their staff to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward guests. Thank you for your attention to this concern.

The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection of delicious local and international dishes, making every morning something to look forward to. The location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Makati, the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping centers, and nightlife, making it incredibly convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. What truly sets I’M Hotel apart is the consistency of its service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Overall, I’M Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. We had a wonderful stay at St Giles Hotel Makati. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages, as it is conveniently situated near restaurants, cafés, shopping centers, and nightlife spots in Makati. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. I requested for a simple birthday setup and they were able to provide it to us. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, especially the rooftop pool, which offers a beautiful view of the city skyline. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. For travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the heart of Makati, St Giles Hotel Makati is definitely a great choice. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to friends and family visiting the area.

My stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

My stay at Leez Inn Hotel was overall good. The staff were accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. During my stay, the in-room telephone was still under repair, which made it less convenient to contact the front desk. Additionally, the hotel does not offer card payment options, which feels outdated given that many travelers now prefer cashless transactions. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

The price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
