Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

Amazing
AalbertltThe location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Ccool_dudeIf you are on a short trip to Krakow, this is the best hotel to be at. First of all warm welcome at the reception, welcoming staff, freshly baked cookies with aroma, delicious apples if you are hungry. Everything is so perfect, i will consider again if i want to stay.

GGuest UserEverything was great during my stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The only thing that was not entirely clear to me is how the security deposit will be refunded. I would like to know how the refund process works and how long it usually takes to receive the amount that was requested upon arrival.

GGuest UserI really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

和哥愛你Nice hotel, clean, very good breakfast. A night without a good sleep On March 29, there was a quarrel in the next room 202 all night. As soon as I entered the room, my next door neighbor started. Originally, the two drunk people were happily chatting and singing in the room, but then a few more people came in and started shouting loudly, which lasted for about two hours before they left. midnight…… 1:15 someone came in At 4:50, a man came in, started taking a shower, and began talking. The strange thing is that I don’t get drunk. The room is not soundproofed and I can hear it very clearly.

GGuest UserLet's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo) You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker. Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up. On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean. For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.

AAnton_ShThe hotel is generally quite good and offers a decent overall experience. The room was comfortable, and everything met basic expectations. However, there was a very serious issue during my stay. At around 1 a.m., while I was asleep, a stranger entered my room using a key. It appears that the front desk mistakenly gave another guest access to my room. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest safety and security. I strongly urge the hotel to review its procedures and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

Good
GGuest UserHotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
