"Stayed here for 4 nights and it was lovely! It's in the Kazimirez region and is therefore a good 15 minute walk to the main square in the Old Town. It was very clean, the room was lovely with very comfortable beds and a great nights sleep with air conditioning. The reception was manned 24/7 and everyone was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful stay."

"As the name suggests, the apartment is more suitable than the hotel. The room was a bit dusty but comfortable. The only thing I want you to be careful about is the place to actually sleep and the reception building where you check in & leave your luggage. The receptionist will be the Santi Hotel, which is about a 1-minute walk from this Grozuka 21, and I think it will be anxious because there is nothing on the door of this Santi Hotel, but it's okay if you open the door and go to the left. ."

"Hotel location is excellent, there is a light rail station downstairs, very convenient It is only about 5 minutes walk to the famous attractions Wawel Castle. The hotel was newly opened for a few months. The indoor environment was very beautiful and clean. The service staff was very friendly. Only after staying for one night, the air conditioner broke. The service staff helped us convert the new room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the new room was also bad. Finally, I agreed to open the window for ventilation. If the same problem is faced in summer, It's gonna be more troublesome. For breakfast, each person chooses a main course first, and then the buffet bar collects drinks and a small amount of food, such as yogurt, fruit, bread, eggs, salad, which tastes good. There is a gym room and sauna room, the environment is clean and elegant, it is a good place to relax. Overall a good experience"

"Used this hotel as a base to visit Krakow and surrounding areas over 4 nights. Everything about this hotel was spot on. Only minor criticism is the availability of decaf coffee and tea (but several herbal varieties). However this seems to be a common issue throughout Poland."

"The hotel is located near the Wawel castle, with river view and old town, very close to the places to travel. You make a wonderful slope in the mornings. They have clean and comfortable rooms. Especially the staff friends at the reception are very close and helpful. You can stay closed. Also they are offering welcome drinks at the roof bar on the first day."

"Τhe room was trully excellent. Very comfortable, spacious and with electrical appliances to make your stay as comfortable as your own house. The only problem was the bar on the ground floor of the building where it had outdoor tables and the sound reached the 1st floor quite loudly. if you are a light sleeper, you may have difficulty sleeping."
