"Amazing stay!!! I really enjoyed staying in that hotel. It started from the really nice welcome that I received from the reception but not only, all the staff of that hotel is impressive! The bedroom are modern, well designed and very comfortable. The hotel is located near a metro station and there is so many restaurants, shops and attractions around. I definitely recommend that hotel and I look forward to coming back."

"The best hotel in this price range! You won't find better, 1000%! It's perfectly clean, which is my number one criterion. No dust, mold, or stray hairs. There's a huge room with a magnificent floor-to-ceiling mirror, two separate sinks, a large shower, and complimentary gels, shampoos, and lotions in case you forgot yours. There's also a small balcony, crisp clean bedding, and a big, comfortable bed! The reception is 24/7, and you can leave your luggage until late at night. The staff are polite."

"Pros: The hotel's exterior location is great, close to Avenida da Liberdade, making it easy to get around. There's also a fantastic restaurant downstairs. Cons: The interior facilities are a bit dated, especially the elevator which is too small. The staff often forget to restock the water."

"The location is super convenient, almost all the attractions are within walking distance. The service is top-notch; the luggage storage operates 24/7. We left our bags long before check-in and picked them up late in the evening (12 hours after checking out). They even provided us with a needle and thread! The staff was very hospitable, giving us a city map and highlighting key attractions, supermarkets, directions to the ocean, etc. The only downside to our room was the creaky bathroom door. For a 3-star hotel, everything else was perfectly fine."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is located on Istiklal Street, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The surrounding area is nice and quiet at night, so you can sleep peacefully."

"The apartment was well-located, but they charged me a tourist tax for two people, even though I was just one, with a single ID. On top of that, they charged me 1 euro for using the ATM without any prior notice of a fee. I think this is illegal and I'd like my money back. When I confronted the person in charge, she told me to complain to Trip. The apartment itself was okay and well-located, but the toilet seemed like it was about to detach from the wall at any moment. It was loose. For all interested tourists, the tourist tax in Portugal is 4 euros per person per night."

"The two male staff members at the reception and front desk were incredibly polite and friendly upon check-in, which made a great first impression. However, over the next two days, the restaurant staff for breakfast were mostly unsmiling and very cold. The hotel only has two floors. I stayed in a first-floor room, and there was a strange smell upon entering, though it improved slightly after turning on the air conditioning. The soundproofing was poor, and water from the bathroom would seep into the room from the corner of the wall. Overall, it wasn't a good experience. There's a self-service laundry shop near the hotel."

"The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained, with a thoughtful design that makes for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the Sete Rios bus station, Eduardo VII Park, and Alfama. The only downside is that the blue line elevators are all out of order, so it's better to take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional. During my stay, I needed sanitary pads in an emergency, and after checking out, I returned to retrieve some clothes I'd left behind, and both issues were resolved smoothly. The hotel's only real drawback is that the main entrance and elevator don't require a key card, meaning anyone can enter. It's not uncommon to see homeless people in the neighborhood, and I even saw the front desk assisting someone during my stay ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. However, nothing untoward happened while I was there. If this is a major concern for you, it might be best to look elsewhere."

"The hotel is located right by Avenida da Liberdade, but it still takes a good 20 minutes to walk to the beach. There are a lot of uphill and downhill slopes along the way, which made the walk quite tiring. The location isn't ideal, but given the cheap price, it's definitely good value for money. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also very satisfactory, and the front desk staff were really friendly. Luggage storage is free during your stay, but there's a 5-euro fee per use if you need to store your bags after checking out. Also, the hotel's Wi-Fi password is easylisbon60A, and the signal was just okay."

"The Ibis in Lisbon was, in my opinion, the best of the entire trip. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the receptionists were very welcoming. While the lobby wasn't large, the ambiance was vibrant, and the location was great—near Avenida da Liberdade, convenient for strolling and shopping, and not far from the old town. Lisbon is a city best explored at a leisurely pace. Breakfast at all the Ibis in Lisbon was pretty much the same, with a limited selection."
