"All I can say was 10/10, We really enjoyed our family staycation with Sherao Hotel. The rooms, pool and overall from the hotel was really cleaned and wherever you go the scent was perfect 😍😍😍. The staffs were so friendly and whatever we requested they just responded so quick. Not crowded and well maintained. For sure will come back again soon with the whole fam. I hope they can extend the pool timing because its summer so we can only enjoy the pool specially in the evening. I hope not only from 8am to 5pm. But the rest was perfect 😍😍"

"Wonder Palace Hotel, Doha I stayed at this hotel but decided to leave due to two main issues: 1. Late Checkout Problem – They strictly ask guests to check out by 12 PM and do not allow even a 30-minute extension. This is not flexible or guest-friendly, especially for frequent travelers. 2. Parking Issue – The hotel does not provide valet parking. No driver or parking assistant is available during day or night. The hotel has only 27 parking spots in the B1 basement and around 6 in front of the building, which are usually full. So we are forced to park far away and walk back to the hotel – very inconvenient, especially with luggage or in hot weather. Why can’t the hotel keep just two valet drivers – one for the daytime and one for night? This is a basic service that many hotels manage easily. If they really don’t have drivers, I’m happy to provide one from my own company. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future guests."

"A good, clean hotel for a transit overnight stay, not far from the airport. Perfect for a shower and a good night's sleep. We had a non-smoking room. The beds were very comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including bathrobes. The location is excellent, with many late-night supermarkets nearby. They have a 24-hour front desk and wonderful, friendly staff."

"This is a really good hotel, and I'd gladly stay here again. The room itself was well-furnished and laid out, with a small table perfect for eating and another that could be used as a workspace. We were surprised to find Russian TV channels, like TNT, and even Premier League football. After long days out exploring, it was wonderful to come back to the room and catch a match. The pool being open until 10 PM was a huge plus. It's a great pool, with a 1.8m deep section and water at a pleasant temperature – not cold at all. It's large enough for a good swim. Towels are provided, and there's a changing room. We enjoyed the breakfasts; we were never hungry. They had fruits like watermelon, melon, and pineapple. One day the coffee machine wasn't working, and the coffee from the thermopot wasn't great, but everything was fine the next day. The staff were responsive, and the beds were comfortable. Now, about the location. It might seem a bit far from the city center, but getting there is actually very easy, especially by public transport. Looking at the map, Al Mansoura Metro Station appears closer, about a 20-minute walk. However, it's much more convenient to use Umm Ghawalina Metro Station, which is on the Red Line. This is because there are free Metrolink buses that run from the metro stations to different neighborhoods. You just tap your metro card when you board, nothing is deducted, and it takes you to the metro. There's a stop for bus 118 right by the hotel, which goes directly to Umm Ghawalina. You can do the same on the way back. These buses run from early morning until around 1 AM, definitely as long as the metro is operating. It's incredibly convenient! On our departure day, we had a 10 AM flight, and we managed to have breakfast (which starts at 6 AM) and get to the airport using bus 118 and the metro. It was brilliant! Overall, I have only positive impressions of the hotel. Oh, and there's a 200 Dirham deposit. When checking out, allow a little extra time beyond just dropping off your key and saying 'checkout'."

"The hotel is generally good, but I encountered some problems: - I booked a luxurious royal suite through Trip.com, which was supposed to be 90 square meters, but I was surprised to find it was only 65 square meters upon arrival. - I requested room cleaning, waited two hours, and ultimately canceled the cleaning. - The bathroom floor needs mopping because water remained on it."

"Although the location is inconvenient, the room is perfectly equipped, even with a washing machine, and best of all, there's a spacious sauna with the perfect temperature for self-loyly. And no one else was using it. After the sauna, I jumped in the pool and enjoyed some fresh air in a reclining chair. It felt great in the hot weather of Qatar."
