I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the whiteness of the entrance, staircase and reception area was wonderful and it was so clean! The staff was very quick and courteous while checking us in. When we entered our room, it was a delight - spotless, gorgeous cushions and good windows. We were so happy. We had an extra bed added which did make the walking space a little less but since we were out most of the day, it didn't matter. We stayed for 6 days and in that time they responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently. The bathroom was super spacious and we loved the big tub, especially in the winter when you want to have a hot bath! The reception staff was very helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and in addressing all our questions. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and polite. There are 2 negatives I noticed - the breakfast plates were sometimes dirty and i had to request the staff for clean plates. And the shower curtains should be cleaned. Overall its an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there if we go back to StP. The location is phenomenal, cant get better than this! One tip- breakfast is good but exactly the same every single day, there is nothing new and no change, so if you like some variety, there is a breakfast place opposite. You could go there sometimes. Definitely a highly recommended hotel!

The location of the hotel is 15 out of 10. From the Nevsky Prospekt and Gostiny Dvor metro stations, turn the corner and there is the hotel. The windows overlook a relatively quiet courtyard and in the morning we listened to the birds singing. The noise from Nevsky, of course, reaches, but not much. The very center, everything is nearby. The room is very compact, as stated in the description. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is medium hard, closer to soft, the blanket is comfortable.

Facilities: Induction hob, microwave, fully equipped kitchen (Chinese-friendly), washing machine and complete bathroom amenities. Cleanliness: Spotless. The front desk was always responsive to requests. Ambiance: The lobby has a minimalist, modern business style. There's a restaurant and convenience store on the first floor. Service: Professional, attentive, and efficient.

Location: Right behind Kazan Cathedral, about a 7-minute walk along the street. Not remote, right on the main street. One of the girls in my room often came back after midnight, so it felt relatively safe to me. Transportation: The metro station is right next to Kazan Cathedral, and the train station is within 3km. However, there's usually no subway, so you have to walk everywhere. After staying a few days, I realized everyone should learn to take the bus; it makes things much easier. Service: The receptionists speak English and are very friendly. Several guests seemed to be regulars—one was over 80, and a few were women in their 40s—but they were all quite nice. Cleanliness: The place was fairly clean. There are four toilets and four shower stalls. Five faucets for washing, all in one place, unisex. To be honest, sometimes using the toilet was a bit awkward and uncomfortable; for example, if you were defecating, there might be two men urinating next to you. Apart from the toilets, I personally thought everything was good.

I love this hotel; it's not my first time there. It's a beautiful old building, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly, and the room is clean. The only downside for me is the lack of soundproofing. Some of the hotel guests are not known for their intelligence or good manners, which can be a problem, especially when you can hear them and their offspring through the wall at night. It feels like they're in my room. The hotel staff does everything they can to ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very unique concept, room is very clean, location is very nice, walkable distance to the mall, metro station. It is very accessible to the tourism spot, by walk or either by taxi. Staff is friendly, but cannot 100% speak english.. Overall, it was amazing!

The service was excellent. I especially want to give a thumbs up to the young man at the front desk; he was incredibly enthusiastic and patiently answered any questions I had! The hotel was very clean, with attention to detail in every aspect. They even had tea and coffee available in the lobby for guests to enjoy.

The front desk English is very good, communication is basically barrier-free, and there will be welcome drinks. This time I gave a skylight room on the top floor. I could hear the church bells in the early morning and I felt very good. The room is cleaned every day, but the towels are not necessarily changed every day. On the first day, I found that there were fewer free tea bags. Maybe the customer service forgot to put 😂 after the last round of cleaning. There is a hot water bottle in the room. The bathroom can be separated from wet and dry, and the water pressure is sufficient. The small bed in the double bed room is a common problem in European hotels, about 80cm wide. The hotel is strategically located, walking to Kazan Cathedral/Drip Blood Church/Centennial Bookstore and so on. Walk to the Winter Palace for about 15 minutes and walk to the Marinsky Theatre for about 40 minutes. There is a medium-sized supermarket and a large supermarket nearby, and there is a seber bank deposit machine in the large supermarket. 9

The best impressions from the hotel. Location in the center, in the pedestrian accessibility main attractions. The staff is friendly, helped and went to meet everything. Breakfast is a good choice, you won't stay hungry .

Absolutely amazing! I'd recommend this place to everyone! First, the location: it's a 5-minute walk from the Leningrad Hero City Obelisk, very close to the train station and Metro Line 1. Within 500 meters, there are two 'five-star' supermarkets and a Kofevarim (a popular, affordable coffee and bakery chain in St. Petersburg, a must-try!). The entrance isn't easy to find; navigate to 'Nevsky Art Studio.' Go through the hotel's main entrance and walk inside the building, and you'll see a sign. As shown in P1, you can enter from either side of the building; just look for the 'Art Studio' sign. There's security at the entrance, and the elevator requires a key card, so it's very safe. You can store your luggage at the front desk. After checking in, an attendant will guide you upstairs to your room's reception area to swipe your card and open the corresponding locker for your coat and shoes. Disposable slippers are provided, and the common areas are very clean. For a hostel, the room is quite spacious. I could easily open my 28-inch suitcase inside (I recommend a bottom bunk – it's easier to access luggage while sitting). There's a full-length mirror, a three-tier shelf, a tall clothes rack, and two power outlets. One towel is provided. The privacy is excellent, but I imagine it might get a bit stuffy in the summer. The washbasins and toilets are separate and shared by both genders. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, and the facilities are very new. The mirror light is bright, which is great for makeup (^.^). I didn't fully explore the washing machine, but it looks fully functional and has instructions. The communal kitchen is as pictured, but there are only cups, plates, and two knives for utensils. It seems drinking water isn't provided. The refrigerator storage is a nice touch, with each room getting a small allocated box! Also, note that the drying rack is in front of the fridge, so drying personal items might not be ideal. There's an ironing area. The best part: all the staff are incredibly friendly! The front desk staff were smiling throughout, very approachable. After check-in, a staff member guided me upstairs and helped carry my luggage to the room's reception. The attendant at the room's reception was also super nice! Since I couldn't read Russian, I asked about the train station, and she enthusiastically helped me plan the route and gave me important tips. It was so heartwarming that this hostel made me want to stay in St. Petersburg a little longer (ㄒoㄒ) Highly, highly recommend!!!
