"It’s always a nice stay experience here. The room is just the fine size, but worth the price. It’s clean, the staffs are nice and do their job properly. Location is not at the center of city, but it’s exactly above the Lavender MRT station, so you can just go anywhere easily by MRT. Now they have water filter too, so you won’t get dehydrated!"

"I booked a superior room with bakcony for 1 day and through another company the same type of room for next 4 nights! The night shift receptionist was really rude and told me for the 1st day i booked a superior room with balcony but the other 4 not! He also told that i did not understand what i booked!!!!!! After circa 10 minutes of arguments i told him we will see what is wrong or right next day!!! Next day i just presented my booking and the day shift receptionist was soooo kind and he said that i can be in a room with bigger balcony !!! So the management has 1. To check all the web-partners and to give the same names of the room types 2. The room type description has to be in all papers of the booker 3. Some receptionists are really rude and terrorize the guests!!!!"

"Before coming here, I'd seen reviews online saying hotels in Singapore are small, but I found this budget hotel's room to be quite spacious. The cleanliness was meticulous, and it had all the necessary amenities, including toiletries. The best part is its proximity to the Lavender MRT station, only about 300 meters away, which made getting around every day incredibly convenient."

"We had a really pleasant stay! Although the room is small (as expected from similar hotels in Singapore), but everything is locate perfectly so that the room actually doesn’t feel cramped. The only challenging part is that everything is digital (check in & check out are done through the mobile app, even the room key is handled inside the app)."

"The hotel was really clean, and the room was exactly the type of room I like. The moment I walked in, I immediately thought, “I would definitely come back here again.” Everything was well maintained and comfortable, and overall, I had a really great stay. For check-in, you’ll need to download the app to get the digital key lock and complete the self check-in process. I would definitely recommend setting everything up in advance. I didn’t have time to do it beforehand, so I ended up feeling quite rushed when I arrived. I also received an email beforehand informing me about the deposit, so there were no surprises regarding that. Overall, everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back again!"

"The room is small, but perfectly fine for one person! It was clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful, so I had no complaints at all! The access was also excellent, and I'm glad I chose this place! Amenities included a toothbrush, towels, a hairdryer, and bottled water provided for the number of nights stayed. Generally, it's best to bring your own personal items (like pajamas, a brush, or slippers)."

"We arrived hotel earlier, and check with the staff about early check-in. The staff is so friendly and helpful, she checked and we are so lucky that able to check-in around 1pm. So we could just take a rest in room (original plan was store luggage then we go outside for lunch until 2pm). The room is tidy and clean, abit small space but acceptable for one night stay. The location is superrrrr good! Just 5mins walk from Lavender MRT, many shops & restaurants surrounding. Overall was a very nice experience staying here, definitely will come back if I back to SG travel. 🌸🍀"

"The hotel's surroundings are very convenient. It's close to the subway station, and Kampong Glam is right next door. There are plenty of places to eat and stroll around nearby. For the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, it was quite a good hotel."

"I had to stay in Singapore for over 10 days. The room, although small, was clean, comfortable, and, most importantly, offered great value for money, perfect just for resting. My only complaint is about the shower, which has a fixed showerhead that isn't movable, making it a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was fine. There are many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient."
