The hotel was generally comfortable and clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient. Bugis MRT station is directly accessible from the mall to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very easy. You can also take the MRT directly from the airport. This time, I stayed on the 13th floor, and Ann Han, a Chinese lady who has lived in Singapore for twenty years, was our housekeeper. She was incredibly warm and had excellent service attitude, always proactively asking when would be a good time to clean and if there was anything needed for the room. Hotel guests also get a 30% discount at Luce restaurant downstairs. Compared to many hotels in Marina Bay, I would definitely choose this one again.

The hotel environment is beautiful, like a resort in the city center. My children absolutely loved the outdoor pool and splash facilities. When they learned that it was one adult and two children staying, they thoughtfully pulled out the sofa bed so there were three beds in the room. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well maintained, and I'd give the hardware a high score. The breakfast quality also met my already high expectations, with a wide variety of choices and excellent quality. There's a shuttle bus every hour to the busiest part of Orchard Road. However, in terms of service, I'm only giving a 3. My disappointment lies with the check-in process. When we arrived by taxi, there was no greeter. At the check-in counter, there were three queues, with about three families in each. I picked one and waited for about 20 minutes to be served. At the time, I thought the efficiency here was a bit low, and there wasn't the usual welcoming smile or a glass of water like in other four or five-star hotels. While I was thinking this, a female manager walked back from a distance, looked at me with a cold expression, and asked, 'Are you not queuing? Look, everyone else is queuing.' Her unreasonable and unfounded accusation made me feel embarrassed and offended. Was this a stereotypical prejudice against Chinese faces? I explained in English, but she remained noncommittal. Instead, the staff member who was actually checking me in and understood the situation said 'sorry' to me. In short, this female manager's arrogance and discrimination marred my good impression of the hotel. I hope she sees this review.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. It's truly rare to find this quality and price in Singapore. It's well-suited for business travelers, but if you're looking for good value and don't specifically need a family-friendly hotel, this one is excellent. The hotel is new, and the service is great. There's no complimentary bottled water in the room, which is common in Singapore, but there's a water dispenser in the hallway – when in Rome, do as the Romans do!

If you're visiting multiple zoos, staying here is very convenient. The hotel itself is very eco-friendly. There are complimentary drinks and snacks by the entrance, which is a thoughtful touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The environment is excellent. You can find staff who speak Chinese, which is helpful. Special shout-out to the receptionist at the taxi stand, who was very enthusiastic and responsible~

Stayed for 3 nights in June as the aircon at my place broke down and needed a cool environment to work and sleep. The hotel is located conveniently off Keong Siak Street with a lot of good food nearby and walking distance to mrt and Chinatown. The rooms are on the smaller side. I was allocated a room on the 2nd floor at first which has an elongated design with narrow walkway but was moved to another room at the third floor as I was not able to get any data signal in the first room to be able to work. The second room has the usual square design. It is still small with the double bed taking up more than half the space. The bed is stuck to both sides of the wall thus you literally have to ”roll” out of the bed which I do not fancy. The bed is comfortable though with soft pillows. Another peeve is the bathroom. Due to the design, whenever you shower, the water from the bath will flow to the toilet area making it wet. I really dislike a wet toilet. To resolve this, I had to move the floor towel to cover the curb between shower and toilet. Otherwise no issue. The wash basin for the second room is outside the toilet area. The usual coffee tea and bottled water are provided. The hotel also provide soft drinks in the fridge for free. There is also safe deposit box in the room. Not much storage, no chairs no table for working.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's conveniently located right next to a police station, Fort Canning Park, a famous Bak Kut Teh restaurant, and a church. There's also a shopping mall downstairs, making dining super easy. The room was very clean, simple, and bright. While not huge, it was perfectly sufficient for two people traveling. We didn't get to fully explore Fort Canning Park downstairs due to the summer heat, but it's a large park with lush trees and a beautiful design, definitely worth a visit.

The location is ideal and easily accessible, near Funan IT mall and various shopping malls, as well as reachable by MRT and buses. The room is clean and facilities are complete, except that the air conditioner is centrally controlled and the room is still warm despite 23 degrees. Nonetheless, there is fan in the room to cool down. The lounge service is absolutely good. Overall, the hotel is recommendable.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, this hostel is quite clean. The room isn't very large, but it's cool, so I slept comfortably at night. The bathroom is very clean, has a hairdryer, and plenty of hot water for showering. It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, so it's better to take the bus.

The lady on duty on the Singapore public holiday after the National Day was a bit crafty. Wanted to charge us $100 for checking in at 14h00, one hour earlier than official checkin. The notices on the counter clearly mentioned it cost $25 for a one hour early checkin. We did not request an early checkin. Then came the carrot. The same lady offered one room with 4 beds instead of the two rooms we had booked with free early checkin. Nice try, but we were not falling for that old trick. My wife is Chinese and she sniffed a rat in that deal instantly when she realised we would be giving up a second bathroom and some privacy of interleading doors between the two rooms we had booked. Pretty sneaky lady that receptionist Very convenient location along the river. Hotel has a leisure pool for a casual dip. Coffee and tea in the room, even a kettle but you guessed it, the only hotel I have ever stayed at that does not provide bottled water in the room. Msybe they thought the river is close enough to fill the kettle
