"The location is a bit out of the way, with no shopping areas nearby. The roads next to the hotel are quite busy with fast-moving traffic and no sidewalks, which made crossing the street a bit unnerving. There's a Central department store nearby, but it's safer to take a taxi to get there. Other than the location, everything else was good. The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The pool isn't big, but it's enough for kids to play in, and there's also a mini-gym. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the taste was decent."

"The view and hotel itself were amazing, and overall it was a great place to stay. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. As a vegetarian, I was quite disappointed with the buffet because the food labels were not clear or accurate. One of the dishes was labelled as “tofu soup,” but it was actually egg tofu with pork soup. I even checked with the staff beforehand to make sure the food was vegetarian. This was especially upsetting as it happened on Wesak Day, when I was observing a vegetarian diet. After I raised the issue, the manager contacted me and immediately had the dish removed. They also apologised and assured me that they would work on improving this. I appreciate their quick response, but unfortunately, it does not change the fact that the food was misleadingly labelled. Another disappointment was that the tuk-tuk service had apparently been broken down for about a month, but we were not informed beforehand. We specifically chose and booked this hotel because of the tuk-tuk service, so it would have been helpful to know about this in advance. That said, aside from these issues, the hotel itself was lovely. The view was beautiful, the stay was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the free-flow snacks. Overall, it is still a good place to stay, but I hope the hotel improves its food labelling and communication with guests."

"You can walk to Central, or take the shuttle bus. It feels like a chain hotel back home. Breakfast is packed in individual boxes, a simple meal. It's conveniently located, and you can sort out lunch and dinner at Central. The price is also reasonable. Downsides: breakfast isn't a buffet, and there's no pool."

"Booked this place specifically for the river view. Every staff member provided excellent service, very attentive and completely exceeded my expectations. They even brought delicious roselle tea to my room every night. I also tried the breakfast and spa based on online reviews. The restaurant is next door, and the breakfast, with four options, was rich and delicious. It operates independently from noon onwards. The spa on the first floor is a must-try if you have enough time; the techniques are very different from other places and incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The other side of the river can be a bit noisy at night, but this side is just right. Crossing the bridge doesn't add much time. This is definitely a hotel I'll choose again when I visit Chiang Mai in the future."

"The hotel is new and the room is very clean. The price is reasonable and the location is very convenient, right next to Central Festival. It’s easy to go shopping and there are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay."

"The luckiest thing about our trip to Chiang Mai was discovering the Sannom Hotel. The environment and room facilities here are impeccable. It doesn't have the distant feel of a five-star hotel, but rather a perfect balance of comfort and relaxation. From the moment we checked in, we felt the true ease and relaxation of a holiday. All the front desk staff speak Chinese, which was such a rare and reassuring feeling to be able to speak our mother tongue in a foreign country. But even more moving than the facilities were the genuinely warm people at the hotel. Mr. Zhang, the owner, is incredibly enthusiastic and a man with many stories. From local food recommendations to travel tips, he provided invaluable, practical advice that saved us a lot of hassle and made our trip smooth sailing. What truly left an impression on us was when my partner unexpectedly got injured during our trip. In that moment of panic, Mr. Zhang and the hotel staff provided continuous support, helping us liaise with the hospital, patiently translating and communicating, and meticulously handling all the details. In a foreign country, we felt an immense sense of kindness and security that transcended any distance. Thank you, Mr. Zhang and the Sannom Hotel, for providing us with the most stable refuge and warmest care in Chiang Mai. We are grateful to have met such reliable and warm-hearted people."

"The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and a convenient location, with warm and attentive service, making it perfect for exploring the ancient city and its surroundings. The room facilities are well-maintained and feature charming local characteristics, which I personally loved. Special mention goes to the bedding – it was incredibly clean and comfortable, leading to an excellent night's sleep. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is located inside the ancient city, is street-facing, and the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Those who require a very quiet sleeping environment might want to consider this carefully. Also, the hotel offers a souvenir for leaving a review, but this promotion is only for Google Maps and doesn't include platforms like Ctrip, which is a bit disappointing."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel service was excellent. I took a two-day yoga class which was taught exceptionally well, and the hotel's massage service was top-notch 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. This trip was very relaxing for both my body and mind, and I will definitely come again next time 😎. The only slight drawback was that the room was a bit humid, but there was a dehumidifier, so it was acceptable. The hotel restaurant food was also great, the coffee was good, and they even offered welcome drinks!"

"Had a lovely time at Moose Nimman. Situated within the nimman area its just a super short walking distance from the main tourist hotspots like one nimman and maya shopping mall. The room was very spacious & clean. We were also pleasantly surprised by the amazing breakfast spread. There was also free flow drinks & desserts every afternoon in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again when in chiangmai!"
