We enjoyed this stay from start to finish. A true 5 star resort and one we would love to visit again They upgraded us from a wow room to one of the top suites, completely free. Which was a lovely way to start our stay. They have free shuttles to the local towns. They have a gym, spa, as well as other activities, (Speciality nights) such as unlimited pizza, thai night etc, free activites for guests to par take in, which is where the only gripe was found. Partner had gone to do a pool activity that she booked to do and the person running it appeared to get all the equipment out and ready but, when the time come, the activity never started or began with no explanation to why. She would've liked some communication to why it never happened in the end. However. Regardless of this, everything was perfect. The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and lovely. The view was breathtaking. The pool was great. I would love to come again. Thank you for such a warming and memorable stay.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic clean massive room with everything you would need, gorgeous balcony and daily maid service. Brilliant evening entertainment and great cocktails all within walking distance of some of the nicest restaurants and bars on Koh Samui and right near Coco Tams for fire show and Fisherman’s village a vibrant night market. Oh i forgot to mention breakfast was lovely so much variety and all well cooked. The staff were all very pleasant too,

The room is spacious, beautiful, and the facilities are relatively new. From the balcony, you can enjoy jungle and sea views. Since the rooms are nestled in the jungle on a hillside, you'll need to call a golf cart shuttle (available 24 hours) to get around. There's also a walking path alongside the building that leads to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed walking through the jungle to breakfast every morning. The pool area with sea views is absolutely stunning. The overall design of the hotel is exceptional, and the lobby views are also beautiful. It's a shame we didn't get to see the sunset due to the rainy season.

We had an amazing stay at Silavadee Resort and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Koh Samui. We stayed in an ocean-view room, and the views were absolutely beautiful waking up to the sea every morning was a real highlight. The room was excellent: very comfortable, spotless, and finished to a high standard. Housekeeping was great and paid attention to every detail. They provide useful extras such as slippers, beach bags, yoga mats, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Through the resort app, you can easily request extra towels, toothbrushes, makeup-removal kits, or other amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. There are golf buggies available to take you around the resort, which is very convenient, especially because the property is quite large and hilly. Reception is always staffed, and there is secure parking with 24/7 surveillance. One of the things we liked most was the resort app. You can check all the available services, contact reception, book spa treatments, reserve restaurant tables, request room items, and organise much of your stay directly from your phone. Very practical and well designed. The facilities are fantastic: two swimming pools, a private beach, four restaurants, a spa, a small gym, and activities such as kayaking and Muay Thai classes. There are also different types of accommodation, from regular rooms to villas with private pools, so it is suitable for couples, families, or special occasions. 🏝️ The food was excellent. We highly recommend including breakfast: the buffet has a huge variety of options for all tastes, including made-to-order omelettes, salmon, lobster rolls, fresh fruit, pastries, and genuinely excellent barista coffee. ☕️ Breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay. Dinner was also very good, with plenty of choice and high-quality ingredients across the resort’s restaurants. During our stay, there was a wedding at the hotel. It only occupied part of the beach for a few hours and did not really disturb us, but the hotel still gave us chocolates as an apology for any possible inconvenience, a very thoughtful gesture. The wedding also included fireworks in the evening, which looked beautiful. It seems like a wonderful place for a wedding or special celebration. At the end of August, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, which made the experience even more relaxing. The resort offers a free shuttle service to Chaweng and another nearby area, which is very useful. There is also a motorbike-rental shop close to the hotel that we highly recommend if you want to explore the island independently rather than relying on Grab. The only small negative point is that the gym is very small, so it may feel limited if you are used to doing full workouts with a lot of equipment. Overall, Silavadee is a beautiful, peaceful, and very well-run resort with outstanding service, excellent food, great facilities, and lots of thoughtful details. We would happily return and highly recommend it! 🌴✨

We had a wonderful stay at Dara Samui. The receptionist was super kind and showed us all the amenities, explained clearly all the rules and time check in/out time, cleaning times, pool and breakfast times. They upgraded our room the highest level, so we were right by the pool with a very private garden and lots of privacy. The room was incredible and the shower was outdoor which made it super special. I am really grateful to the staff for their kindness. The cleaner was really good as well, she even gave us some flies insecticide due to the amount of flies near the bushes which can’t be helped in this heat. The breakfast has good variety from fruit, salads, yogurts, cereals, an egg station for eggs freshly made in any possible way (even crepes and omelettes). Also curry, rice, various meats, sushi and potatoes. Really good selection. The pool is nice and clean but most of all, very picturesque with beautiful flowers all around. It made the experience magical. Definitely would stay there again. 10/10 🙏

The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and green. We stayed in room S07, which was close to the beach. It's a two-story building with four rooms, and we were on the second floor. We didn't hear anyone, and although the terrace was shared by two rooms, we never saw our neighbors, and the terrace itself was quite spacious. The room was simply fantastic, decorated in a Thai style with wood everywhere, including the floor. The bathroom had tiles. We booked a room with a bathtub and a shower with a door. I don't think I've ever seen a room cleaned so immaculately in my life. Please commend the staff member responsible. It was simply perfect. They didn't just clean; they beautifully arranged everything, including our glasses, towels, and bathrobes. Not a single grain of sand was to be found. My heartfelt thanks. The beds were good, and the linens and towels were white and new. The air conditioning was a bit noisy but very well-placed, not blowing directly onto the bed. For me personally, this is the most important factor when choosing a hotel. The breakfasts were delicious: coffee, tea (which you could brew in a kettle), pastries, eggs, soups, Thai dishes, and some European options. The croissants were fantastic. There was plenty of fruit, and some seafood dishes were also available. The beach is beautiful, but there are some rocks and seaweed to the right, so everyone tends to move to the left, which makes it feel a bit crowded there. It's important to note that there are clubs nearby with loud music playing almost all night, and planes fly overhead, with the first one acting as an alarm clock at 7 AM and the last one around 10 PM. They don't fly at night. There's a market, plenty of cafes, and a shopping center nearby. Overall, despite being in the very center and near clubs, the hotel managed to maintain a green and quiet environment, and it was perfectly clean. I recommend it.

This is our second year staying at Ozo Chaweng 4*, and it's simply the best hotel on Chaweng for value for money. The grounds are very well-designed, the style is modern, and it's perfect for families with children, with a lovely family-friendly atmosphere. The beach is stunning, and everything is conveniently located nearby. There's also a gym. A few minor points: the rooms and balconies are small, an extra bed for a child costs extra, and there isn't much meat variety at breakfast. Upon arrival, the room only has bottled water (which isn't great tasting) and tea/coffee sachets. For repeat guests, it would be a nice touch to add some small amenities like nuts or fruit to the room.

Beautiful looking hotel, quiet and relaxed but also just a short scooter ride away from Fisherman’s village. For everyone confused about the beach situation: there is a long bit of beach by the hotel. The hotel itseld doesn’t have beds on the beach itself, however, the beds are just above and around the pool area that overlooks the beach. If you wanna lay on the beach, in the morning there is high tide so you won’t be having much sand to lay on, still good for a swim. In the afternoon/evening there is low tide so you can put your towel down easily.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights in January. It's located in the northern part of Chaweng Beach, away from the noisy nightlife. The location is convenient, but the sea itself in this part of the beach isn't great: lots of seaweed and rocks. The hotel staff were friendly and moved us to a more convenient room upon our request (the original one was on the ground floor, right by a walkway). The rooms themselves are spacious, everything is as described. For breakfast, the variety isn't huge, and some of the local dishes are quite spicy. I'd rate the breakfast 3 out of 5. Everything else was excellent.

It is a very good place to relax, quiet, peaceful, really relaxing. The accommodation is beautiful, the sunlight, the lights, the air conditioning is cool, everything is good. If I go to Samui again, I will definitely come back to stay again.
