"The location is good. It's an apartment building, suitable for families with children. The bathtub in the large room is quite big, and the water from the water heater is hot enough with good pressure. Unfortunately, there's no hot water for the shower in the bathroom. The front desk staff were very friendly. One day, the cleaning staff missed providing a bottle of water, but they promptly brought it after I reminded them. The supermarket at the alley entrance now offers Thai rice bowls, which is very convenient."

"We loved our stay at the Whale Hotel! We booked an extra 3 nights. The staff are extremely kind & welcoming. The pool and bar on the 7th floor is great. Whole place is extremely clean. Rooms are great - huge comfortable beds. We will always come back here!"

"This resort truly evokes a vacation vibe! If you're looking for a luxurious resort experience, this is the place. The swimming pool is exceptionally clean, and there's a great spa area. There's a wide variety of recreational facilities, and some of the paid activities, like the boating tours, are really fun. I recommend checking in early to fully enjoy all the resort's amenities!"

"This hotel is still as excellent as ever — I’ve stayed here before and was happy to return. The newly renovated breakfast room looks beautiful and makes mornings even more enjoyable. The highlight of my stay, though, has to be the rain shower in the bathroom. It’s simply amazing — the water pressure is strong and satisfying, with a perfectly steady temperature. Honestly, taking a shower here was such a joy and one of the best parts of my visit!"

"Stayed at Riche Hotel in Hua Hin and overall it’s very good value for money. The location is decent and they run a free shuttle bus to the market and back every hour, which is really handy and saves taxis. Price is very reasonable for what you get. The bed itself is comfortable, but the pillows are rock hard — honestly like sleeping on a block of stone, unless you’re someone who likes an extremely firm pillow. Bathroom and shower were fine during the stay, although on our last morning the shower temperature wasn’t steady and kept changing, which was a bit frustrating. Pool and gym are small but perfectly usable, and there’s a nice chilled seating area on the 3rd floor which is a good touch. Overall: good value for money and I’d stay again, but the pillows (and that last-day shower issue) were the main let-downs."

"This is a small 5-star hotel located close to the beach. The service is excellent, and the staff are very attentive and professional. The only thing we did not particularly like was the shower in the bathroom, which is fixed to the wall and cannot be adjusted or moved. Furthermore, the hotel does not have a fitness center or EV charging facilities, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return again in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway."

"The rooms are inexpensive, air-conditioned, quiet, and private. The bathroom has separate wet and dry zones, and includes a TV, refrigerator, and hairdryer. It's close to Hua Hin Airport and convenient for those with their own transportation."
