This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around super convenient, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spotless, and both the bedding and bathroom facilities were incredibly clean, showing the hotel's high standards for hygiene. What surprised me most was the soundproofing; despite being in a bustling area, it was incredibly quiet once the windows were closed, ensuring a high-quality sleep. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value for money and a peaceful environment.

I absolutely loved the airport shuttle service. Running every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, it is incredibly convenient and even allows you to easily pop over to the airport to grab a bite or do some shopping during your stay. The room itself was decent, though I have a few suggestions for improvement. The shower pipe protrudes a bit too much, making it easy to accidentally bump it and change the water temperature or turn it off entirely while showering. Additionally, the blackout curtains and the fabric on the bed frame feel quite outdated and had noticeable stains. Service at the front desk was perfectly fine, but I found the attentiveness of the staff at the doors, lifts, and shuttles to be inconsistent. While I want to offer this feedback constructively, I noticed a distinct difference in the level of proactive service provided. The staff in these areas appeared significantly more welcoming and helpful toward certain guests. I hope management can use this feedback to ensure a consistently high standard of hospitality for all visitors regardless of their background.

The hotel is well-located if you need to catch an early flight or arrive late at night, as it's about 20 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The best part of the hotel is the pool, though the area could use better maintenance. There are several broken or very deteriorated tables and sun loungers, which gives the impression of a lack of care. Overall, it feels like a transit hotel that's missing a bit more attention to detail. The pool staff were very friendly, the food offers good value for money, and the massages are highly recommended. On the downside, we were charged 100 THB for a broken glass in the bathroom. We reported it immediately and explained it was an accident caused by an elderly woman; the glasses were placed very close together, and when one was picked up, the other fell to the floor. Obviously, 100 THB isn't a financial issue, but these kinds of gestures make a difference in an establishment that aims to offer a certain level of service, especially when we spent a considerable amount within the hotel during our stay.

The location is close to the airport, so there's no need to worry about traffic jams when heading from the city to the airport. However, there's not much around at night, and the facilities are quite old-fashioned. The bathroom is very spacious. The front desk lady speaks Chinese and can help arrange taxis to the airport or MRT station. The service attitude is excellent. Overall, if you're concerned about airport traffic, this is a good choice.

A great stay near the bangkok suvaranabhumi airport. I booked this because of the free shuttle bus and the breakfast. Its not an international chain nor a luxurious place. Its convenient and great for the price. We landed, took the shuttle bus, ordered grab food and fell asleep up until the morning for our next flight. The breakfast selection was good too. I just have to say the instructions are clear for the shuttle bus but it was overwhelming with all the cars and buses. I thought we may have missed it but there was someone checking.

Good facilities near Suvannabhumi Airport, but 400 m from main street which surrounding area is not that good Shower head need to be clean…plenty of black mold!!(room 516)

This place is highly recommended! ♡The location is closed to Suvarnabhumi Airport, so it's very convenient esp. after or before your flight. ♡Hotel Room is very cozy ♡Hotel staff/receptionist is very accommodating. ♡Buffet Breakfast is good and tasty. Overall, it's a great place to stay!

This hostel is really great! It's right next to the airport and very clean. The rooms have their own bathrooms, wardrobes, and desks. Best of all, breakfast is included! They offer soup, rice, fried rice, other dishes, and drinks. The breakfast was delicious, I forgot to take pictures. There are also restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.
