"This hotel is just 200 meters from Pattaya Beach Pier, a bit quieter than The Ananya. Walking Street is also very close if you walk along the beach. The breakfast was decent, and the Thai milk tea was delicious. The service was good too; they helped us with our luggage and took us to the boat, which seems to be standard for island hotels – something Koh Lipe does better than Koh Samet. We went during the low season, so the prices were cheaper, and there were fewer people. The pool was practically empty. You have to pay to use the hotel's kayaks, whereas the one at The Plantation was free for two days, though the kayaks there weren't as good as Akira's. The room was large and quiet, and the 2-meter bed was very comfortable. I recommend this place."

"The hotel is super convenient, just a short walk left from the pier. There were even hotel staff at the pier to help with luggage and take it to reception for check-in – the service was really welcoming. The location is the best; it's very close to the walking street if you go via the beach, making everything easily accessible. The hotel also has a large pool, and the sea right outside is beautiful. It's excellent value for money."

The location is overall quite good 😊 (about a 3–5 minute walk from the Walking Street 7-Eleven, and around 7–10 minutes if using the back entrance of Walking Street 7-Eleven). For this price, Green Hotel is definitely worth it 🌼 We stayed for 3 nights and chose not to have daily cleaning, but they still kindly left fresh bottled water outside our room every day 🥰 which was a really thoughtful touch. The toilet water pressure was good, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly 🫶🏻"

Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the beachfront restaurant offered delicious food with an amazing sunset view. "This bungalow-style resort by Sunset Beach is really lovely. The check-in deposit is just 100 THB. I really enjoyed the hotel's layout—it's only a five-minute walk to a 7-Eleven, which is super handy. The hotel's beach area is pretty small and often has boats around, so if you'd like to go snorkeling, I'd suggest walking about 10 minutes to the east side of the beach. For calm, beautiful turquoise water, head to the north tip of the island—it's about 30 minutes from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort offers massage services, a diving club, and yoga classes. A quick note on the bungalow I stayed in: there was no hot water, quite a few mosquitoes, and the lighting was fairly dim since it's nestled among gardens and other houses. The hotel also follows an eco-friendly policy to save electricity."

"Pros: 1. **Location:** It's not right by the bustling pedestrian street, so it's relatively quiet, yet only a 5-10 minute walk away. 2. It's a detached, single-story villa with a private terrace. 3. The room has a minimalist design, and there's plenty of hot water for showers. 4. The beach is just a few steps from the room. 5. There are exclusive beach chairs available on the beach. 6. The breakfast is substantial, mainly Western-style. 7. They offer shuttle services. Cons: 1. The room is a bit run-down; many facilities are old or loose. 2. The island in general is a bit noisy and too crowded. 3. At over 1000 RMB per night during peak season, it's not great value for money. 4. The immigration and departure points on the island for boarding/disembarking boats are quite chaotic. You have to pay the island fee upfront. Be aware that the ATM next to immigration charges half the withdrawal amount in fees – a definite rip-off. 5. The staff on the Thai transfer boat were rude and crammed everyone onto one vessel."

"This was the first hotel we stayed at in Koh Lipe. It's right by Pattaya Beach and only about a five-minute walk to Walking Street. The room was quite clean, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, my boyfriend really enjoyed it. Overall, I'd say it offers pretty good value for money."

For places further out, the staff will help you call a tuk-tuk. There are almost no downsides. Overall, this hotel offered the best value for money. This time, I stayed in Villa 1 at the Serendipity Beach Resort Koh Lipe, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. It's definitely a high-value hidden gem on the island! The room's location is incredible, right next to the famous cliffside restaurant. You can walk straight down to the restaurant area, and opening the window reveals an expansive, endless sea view – clear and calming. It's perfect for capturing atmospheric, cinematic sea views with ease. The hotel's most delightful surprise was the private balcony breakfast service, offering both privacy and a touch of ceremony. Staff would promptly collect the menu at 4 PM the day before, and the exquisite and hearty breakfast would be delivered to the balcony at the agreed time the next morning. The food quality is outstanding, ingredients are fresh, and enjoying breakfast with the sea breeze truly immerses you in a relaxed island holiday mode. The hotel also has its own secluded private beach. The sand is fine and soft, and there are very few tourists, making it incredibly peaceful – you get to enjoy the quiet seaside scenery all to yourself. The overall design is a pristine, ecological mountain garden, with lush greenery and a tranquil environment. Strolling through the grounds in the morning feels like being in a natural coastal park – uncrowded, quiet, pleasant, and relaxing. It's especially great for flying drones. The room facilities are generally of high quality. Being adjacent to the Ten Moons Lipe Resort, the living experience is excellent. The only minor flaw was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, the water temperature was slightly cool, and due to the island's water treatment, the shower water was a little salty. However, with the hot island climate, slightly cooler water wasn't an issue at all and didn't affect the stay. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! What a shame we only stayed for two nights. The room amenities were great, the bed was very soft, and the staff were wonderful. A special shout-out to the driver who took us to our next hotel; he was a really kind person. The hotel's small boats were also a nice touch and free to use. The lady working at the bar was absolutely lovely; she was so meticulous and thoughtful, giving off a wonderfully warm vibe. And catching seafood on the beach at low tide during sunrise was fantastic! All in all, highly recommend this place."
