"This hotel is great for young singles on business trips or couples traveling together. The rooms are a bit small but well-equipped, and the breakfast is surprisingly good (they even have smoked salmon!). The lobby is always bustling with young people working on their laptops. It's located right in a business district with plenty of restaurants, and the light rail station (which is free!) is just a 100-meter walk away. There are many sushi places nearby, though they are quite expensive. Be warned about rush hour traffic in the mornings and evenings! Overall, it's a solid 5-star experience."

"I can't believe how many amazing things this hotel offered! 1. The location is absolutely fantastic, similar to Shanghai's Xintiandi. It's right across from the Miami Freedom Tower, and downstairs there are all sorts of bars, restaurants, and shops. 2. Right outside the door is a free Miami Metromover station – I need to emphasize this three times: Miami's Metromover is FREE! Plus, it's a very short walk to the Bayside Marketplace. 3. Even better, since we flew in from Phoenix (there's a three-hour time difference in the US), we arrived at the hotel before 8 AM. We just planned to store our luggage, but to our surprise, the front desk attendant saw how far we'd traveled and immediately arranged a room for us to check in! The hotel breakfast is also good, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended!"

"The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it was tasty. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to a mall and close to everything. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, this is a great hotel, and I really liked it."

"Nice hotel. Great location to walk to some things or public transportation. Less than a 10 minutes walk to Metromover and Metrorail station. There is a Publix and a Walgreens 10 minutes walk. We were also able to walk to get food easily. It is about a 15 -20 min walk to a very cool busy area called Mary Brickell Village. The hotel itself is nice. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. Lastly they do have good security. The main doors only open with room key and the elevator will only move floors with a room key so that is nice."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights before our cruise. At check-in, we were given sodas and snacks for our room, along with a coupon for a free drink in their lounge. Everyone was very friendly and our time at the hotel was terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Conveniently located for the Miami Port and Airport. Check-in was quick and ahead of schedule, for which I'm extremely grateful to the staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, but no dishes. Breakfast is ok on the 24th floor. Cons: The bathroom faucets are a bit peeling, but everything works. There's a railroad track and construction site right outside the window, which creates noise. Ideal for one or two nights."

"The hotel's location was perfect, and the catering service was excellent. I also appreciated how quickly I could go between the pool and the main building, though the high number of people using it was a bit of a downside. I realized I should avoid using the pool during the times reserved for the hotel's main guests. If I don't use the pool during its rest hours, it seems more VIP guests will get to enjoy it. It always feels like more guests are using the pool when I'm not there. Everything else was perfect, and I want to express my respect and gratitude for the staff's kindness, cleanliness, and exemplary behavior. Seeing the staff work so diligently made me feel a little guilty, but also very pleased."
