The lady at the front was really nice. We were exhausted from long trip. She offered us a bottle of water free of charge and gave some snack as we arrived there late night. The room was spacious and clean. I will stay there again when I go back to Augusta.

The hotel's surroundings are a bit secluded, so I wouldn't recommend walking too far at night. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with river views, and the art museum directly opposite the main entrance is definitely worth a visit. The hotel lobby and elevators have a classic, traditional feel, while the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modern and very clean. The front desk staff I encountered were all lovely. The food and beverage options on the first floor are quite good, and while the gym might have a slight odor due to recent renovations, the facilities are excellent. Overall, highly recommended!

All aspects are very good. The only one @ home that has not stepped on thunder these days is better, but it will be better if the price is more stable.

This pls e use to have the most amazing food. Incomparable to any hotel around. Now, breakfast should include rhe buffet still advertised on hotel sites. There is no lunch when the mention of their fried chicken would make my mouth water, but you cant even get a cracker. Dinner is extremely delicious but extremely expensive as well. The staff (In the Restaurant ONLY) needs to find employment in a cubicle bc guests should be treated with special care when they are relying in you as part of their wonderful travel experience in order to have the need to
bother with coming back here. However, the housekeeping, front desk amd especially the Bellman, Mr. John was most helpful and kind as well.

2 HUGE negatives
AC didn’t work, called for service and all they did was turn the thermostat down to 60. The thermostat said 72 but it wasn’t (we keep our house at 78) It was Hot, fan never came in all night, my husband turned the thermostat Off and waited Fan finally came on when he turned it back on but not compressor.
So after sweating all night got up to take a shower and NO hot water. Very disappointed

Good place for the price/value. Great convenient location to dining, shopping and interstate access. The staff were all great, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast options were good and presented well. The only negatives were my bathroom fan made a terrible noise for several minutes that I worried would disturb my neighbors but it stopped after several minutes. I also see this property starting a slow decline and I have stayed here often before and this makes me sad.

Great
GGuest UserGreat stay at this hotel - staff was great and friendly and breakfast was well stocked and hot. Rooms are very big and typical of the brand and would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Value was great considering price.
GGuest UserMy husband and I luv this hotel we are in town 3 or 4 days a week and stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. An are very pet friendly. thanks. To all the employees .
GGuest UserI’m so tired from road trips. check-in at late night , Everything good clean room with soft pillows and bed, I want to say thank you to Trip.com for making my trip so much easier
HHineni 17I was pleasantly surprised by how large the suite was. There was actual room to move around in the bathroom and plenty of room to spread out my various luggage. I only have a couple minor drawbacks. The king bed was basically a couple of cot frames with a large mattress, which left one side noticeably higher than the other. There was also no appreciable blanket on the bed. It was more like a thin throw blanket, which required me to fetch a fleece blanket from my vehicle to stay warm.
The televisions are rather small, which wasn't a huge deal except for the few hours I was in the room, and the sofa was not comfortable to sit on for very long. This was somewhat due to it being a sofa bed, but it was definitely showing its age. These were not very troublesome due to how little time I was in the room each day, but a longer stay would have made these painful to put up with.
GGuest UserBasic 2 stars, delivered as expected.
If they would greet the customers more friendly, instead just get the job done, that is how they make them more personal than chain stores.
GGuest UserDidn't enjoy this stay as much as the first two stays. Maybe it was the fact that they were getting ready for the master's and in a hurry. When I entered my room, the new carpet made it hard to open the door. Once inside, I realized that the carpet had not been vacuumed. It looked like it may have been paint chips or something. I also did not like the fact that the cups & ice bucket was kept in the bathroom, where I had no wash clothes & saw a couple of roaches. All in all, I'm willing to give second chances & will stay again after the master's is over. I still like the location and the prices.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a GREAT location! The manager was super cool, funny and friendly. The rooms were updated and smelled GREAT! The beds were soft and comfortable. The water pressure was good and the water stayed hot during my entire shower. I would definitely refer this hotel to friends and family members. This is the only hotel I will be staying at from now on 👍
