"The hotel is really nice, though a bit hard to find. Beautiful interior decorating,  including our room: the Clark Gable. The best thing about the hotel is the location: easy walking distance to The Vault, Foxy Foxy, other eateries. Not far from the park. The main drawback for the Clark Gable room was the problem of air conditioning. The room has a room air conditioner which exhausts through a window. At night it is loud though the hotel owners thoughtfully provided ear plugs. But the problem is that even if you turn the AC down to 72%, it could not cool the room on a not very warm September night. Both my wife and I woke up early sweating because the room was too hot and muggy. Other guests say the temperature was great in the main building, so if we return we will get a room there. "

"This is a very cozy and comfortable hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay here. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location — it’s very close to the main historic areas, so you can easily explore Savannah on foot. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym, which is a great bonus after a long day of walking around the city. Everything was clean and well maintained. Valet parking is available and it is paid, around $40–50 per night, which is quite typical for this area. However, I personally managed to find free street parking nearby, which was a nice surprise. Overall, a great hotel with a warm atmosphere, good facilities, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees"

However, the elevators were noticeably unclean, and there was no drinking water fountain available. The beverage vending machine was out of order or empty throughout my stay. Despite these inconveniences, the prime position and generous room size balanced the experience."

"The service at the front desk was excellent: friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were better than expected. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean. The parking lot was on multiple levels attached to the hotel. So if you are living on the 5th floor then you could park on the 5th floor and use your room key to enter the hotel on the 5th floor. The location was ok, but not really close to any of the main attractions of Savannah. You will need to drive around 15-20 minutes to go to the main areas."

"Better than domestic Samsung, the bedding towels are white and clean, you can ask for them at any time, that is, there is no room service after 10 o'clock, you have to throw the garbage out and change the garbage bag. The room is a bit narrow and cramped, especially if you bring the kitchen, it is even narrower. The bathroom has a smell of sewers, which is almost the same as the domestic Samsung. In addition, the room rate booked through Trip.com was more than 2,000 per day, and I continued to live for one day. I called the hotel directly. The price was less than 1400. Yuan can say that Savannah is worthy of the top leisure city, air tickets and hotel prices are too high. "It cost 2,000 yuan a night, but I couldn't fall asleep. The bed was incredibly soft, like sinking into it. The air conditioner next to the bed was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. Turning off the lights made the room stuffy, and the curtains couldn't be closed completely, only a sheer curtain. The outside light was shining from the bedside, and I couldn't sleep at all that night. I'm sorry for the 2,000 yuan a night."
