"Location was convenient and room was decent for the price. The front desk clerk wasn't that friendly at all tho. Housekeeping starts knocking on the door around 9 trying to rush you out."

"I had to ring the front desk bell four times before someone came. Waited for about eight minutes. This was at about 4pm. The room was clean enough. Unidentified drips and splatters here and there on the walls. Even though we booked for two nights we were given only one set of towels and one roll of toilet paper. I had to ask for more. The lobby bathroom was short on toilet paper, had no paper towels, and full garbage. The next day, the garbage had no been changed. Still no paper towels and now no toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk and ask if I could refill it. They let me. Seemed like only one person was working at any given time and multiple times I went to the front desk and there was a sign up that they were helping someone else. Lots of papers left out at the front desk with hotel booking information with no one around to keep it private. Overall I got a good deal and one person held it down enough to be average. I wouldn’t go back if I had to pay more to stay there."

"This is an AMAZING hotel. I got a really great stay besides they did alarm test on Thursday Monday with no warning. So I wake up about 10am, LITERALLY JUMP UP OUT OF THE BAD, naked and scared almost run trough the hallway. But the AMAZING STUFF APOLOGIZED. I am sure I will stay at TRU by HILTON anywhere like my next trip I’m tomorrow to COLUMBIA. Thank you?"

"The small town of Savannah is retro and elegant, with a long history and a developed catering and tourism industry. I stayed at the BW Hotel for a week, and the neighbors all travelled with families, basically staying on a weekly basis. The breakfast is simple, with scrambled eggs, milk, coffee, sausage, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and cakes. Parking is free, there is a swimming pool, and many people drink tea and chat in the two halls inside. The price of the hotel is reasonable, but there is no elevator. You need to carry your bag upstairs. If you live on the first floor, it doesn’t matter, the highest building is the second floor. It is very close to the air force base, and during the day you can see bombers roaring by. The front desk service attitude is very good, happy and generous. The travel brochure on the first floor has everything. I found a local restaurant with a long history, King and I Thai restaurant, and Japanese cuisine. The hotel can store luggage, take a taxi to downtown for about 15 minutes, Lyft software $12 Uber $15. There are super cheap discount stores nearby, surprise. Ask Forrest Gump for the same money; drink local coffee; chat with the chattering southerners..."

"We were satisfied with our family stay at Element Savannah Midtown. The studio with two queen beds and sofa-bed space worked well for our group during this one-night road-trip stop. The hotel provided the facilities we needed to rest and continue the journey comfortably. Overall, a convenient option for families or groups passing through Savannah."

"The service at the front desk was excellent: friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were better than expected. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean. The parking lot was on multiple levels attached to the hotel. So if you are living on the 5th floor then you could park on the 5th floor and use your room key to enter the hotel on the 5th floor. The location was ok, but not really close to any of the main attractions of Savannah. You will need to drive around 15-20 minutes to go to the main areas."
