"I’m not even joking , I still don’t understand how $30 per person can get so much , the bunk beds are amazing , eveyone has their own personal space (reading light, curtains) . At first I thought the shared restroom would be concerning , but turns up its really clean and the shampoos they use is rly good quality! I really like how they priortize personal space"

"The hotel is conveniently located right above a red line metro station. The simple complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, and the hotel itself is simply decorated and clean."

"We had numerous issues on arrival, check in was v slow. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and had to ask 3 more times - 4 different members of staff and in the end had to speak to manager. Another guests eye drop bottle was under the bed and the toilet was dirty. We had asked earlier about moving rooms & was told none were available !! Suddenly the manager found a room and so we were moved !!!! When the sofa bed was made up there was only about 30cm to squeeze past it to exit the roof - very risky if we needed to exit the room in an emergency. There was definite communication issues between front of house and house keeping."

"The location of this hotel is not bad, and the service is also very nice. When I checked out on the last day, because it was an evening flight, there was no charge for storing my luggage at the front desk. I took a tour in the afternoon and went to the hotel to pick up my luggage and go directly to the airport. This hotel The environment is also good"

"About a ten-minute walk from the subway station. It's not in the city center, but the distance to downtown is still acceptable. The air conditioning in the hotel was terrible. I arrived in late April and still needed the heating on. It was either scorching hot, with the room approaching 30 degrees Celsius, or not warm enough, only 19 degrees. When I asked the front desk staff, their solution was to restart the heating myself. However, after restarting, the heater made an incredibly loud noise, so much so that I needed earplugs to sleep."

"The hotel itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was especially kind and attentive - we truly appreciated their work and hospitality. However, we experienced a serious issue regarding the resort fee policy, which left us feeling confused and misled as international guests. During online booking, the resort fee was listed as $25 per night, but important information about additional mandatory charges only appeared after payment was completed, when cancellation was no longer possible, wich is disappointing. Upon arrival, we were charged $200, which was later explained as $25 per person per night - something that was not clearly communicated during the booking process or at check-in. Initially, we believed this payment was a refundable deposit, as no clear explanation was provided. What felt particularly unacceptable was the way additional fees appeared in multiple stages: 1. extra charges becoming visible only after payment and confirmation, 2. additional payments required again upon arrival at the hotel, and 3. further unexplained charges after checkout - in our case, an additional $16 was withdrawn without clear justification. A staff member kindly explained that the resort fee includes Wi-Fi, water, and tea in the room, which we did use as they are standard services normally included in hotel stays worldwide. The fee also covered additional optional amenities such as bicycle parking and a complimentary alcoholic drink at the bar. However, we did not use these extra amenities, as they were not relevant to our stay. Since these services are optional by nature, it was unclear why guests are not given the choice to opt out instead of being required to pay for them regardless of usage. Even more concerning is that these mandatory resort fees are presented as payment for comfort and amenities, yet the overall stay did not fully reflect this. The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor, and we could clearly hear the neighbour’s television. The manual heating system in our room also did not function properly. We chose not to report these issues at the time because we spent little time in the hotel and did not expect the final cost of the stay to become so high. In hindsight, considering the total amount paid, these comfort issues become more significant. We strongly believe that all mandatory taxes and service fees should be transparently included in the total hotel price from the beginning. When fees continue to appear after payment, during check-in, and even after departure, guests understandably feel uncomfortable and misled. Because the final amount paid was much higher than expected, we realized that for the same total price we could have chosen a better hotel without additional hidden fees - which we in fact did for our following stay. We kindly ask the hotel to review these charges and consider a partial refund, as greater transparency and fairness in pricing would greatly improve trust and the overall guest experience"

"The room is clean and hygienic, and the transportation is convenient, but it is a bit far from the red and orange line subways, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. The disadvantage is that it is too close to the road, the noise is too loud, and the sleep is affected. The hotel's environmental protection concept is very clear. Cleaning is done once every two days. There are no slippers, toothbrushes and bottled water in the standard package, which need to be asked from the front desk."

"The hotel is less than 10min walk from Andrew’s station which is a direct Silver Line 1 bus from airport to this station. Within many outlets like TJ mart, Macy , Marshall , Target, Stop and Shop , Olive Garden and Applebee’s and many other shop. The hotel staffs were friendly. I was there for 11 nights and upon check out, this young gentleman on duty prepare to help waive off our USD$10 airport transfer for my family of 4 . I must also gave a big clap to this lady serving the weekday morning breakfast . I think her name was Melinda , she was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely return if we were to visit Boston again."

"The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. It's about a 5-minute walk from the shopping area, which is really convenient for buying things. However, I'd still recommend not returning to the hotel too late, as my friend mentioned that this area isn't the safest neighborhood."
