Was here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are. The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

I called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable. All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway. This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024.

The hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay. At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water. Convenient stay: very convenient Safety: Very safe Facilities: very complete Hygienic: very clean Environment: Very good, very close to the beach, next to the train station but not noisy Service: very warm The first time I experienced the way their young people travel with their children, it was fresh and felt great. There are young people from all over here who can communicate, learn and share with each other. It suits them very well. In addition, we can cook here, suitable for us to make Chinese food, meet the needs of Chinese stomach.

This was the best hotel on our West Coast trip, even more comfortable than the 5-star hotel we stayed at in Las Vegas. We liked it so much we booked another hotel from the same chain later in Monterey. Parking was super convenient, right in front of our room, and it was free – plus they had breakfast! Where else can you find that? The scenery was beautiful, and it was incredibly kid-friendly. The pool was heated, though we didn't use it. There's also a self-service laundry room with dryers, but you need to download an app to top up and use them. Highly recommend booking a stay here!

Conveniently located within very short walking distance to Santa Barbara East Beach. Clean and spacious room with nice heated swimming pool. Friendly staff who patiently addressed all our requests. Great place for family vacation!

There is a buffet in the afternoon. There is wine and fruit biscuit cheese. Very good. The room was very very clean. The bedding is soft. The room is small, and the family recommends a large room type. 2 minutes walk from the train station.

The location of the model is perfect. It puts you really close to the attractions. The pool is also good.
