GGuest UserWas here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are.
The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

GGuest UserThe room has a kitchen, you can cook, and the kitchenware is clean. The bathroom is white, which looks clean, but the air conditioning and toilet facilities are very old. The air conditioning faces the big bed and is covered with thick dust. Fortunately, it doesn't need to be turned on in this season. I originally booked here to wash and dry clothes, but the washing machine and dryer were too dirty and I didn't dare to use them. It was not quiet at night, there was a factory noise, and the sound of planes taking off and landing was quite loud at dawn. The parking lot charges $15 a day. The overall stay experience was average.

About 6 minutes walk from the beach. There is a young lady who takes to the beach to do yoga in the morning.
A communal kitchen is provided, eggs and noodles are provided for breakfast, you can make it yourself,

At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.

RrobertaAbsolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

KKOBECHAN20This was the best hotel on our West Coast trip, even more comfortable than the 5-star hotel we stayed at in Las Vegas. We liked it so much we booked another hotel from the same chain later in Monterey. Parking was super convenient, right in front of our room, and it was free – plus they had breakfast! Where else can you find that? The scenery was beautiful, and it was incredibly kid-friendly. The pool was heated, though we didn't use it. There's also a self-service laundry room with dryers, but you need to download an app to top up and use them. Highly recommend booking a stay here!

I wrote an email to ask what tax was charged less, but the hotel now received less money and deducted credit card money without notifying me. LLelia8585Плюсы отеля, это прям бутик на 9 номеров, где чувствуешь себя как дома, кровать удобная, атмосфера милая, есть бесплатная парковка. Минусы: шумно спать на 1 этаже, отель расположен прям на дороге и слышимость ужасная, я вообще практически там не спала, кондей висит прям сбоку от кровати и дует прямо в лицо, мы его выключили и открыли окно, но звуки сумашедшие и поспать не удалось, холод ник гудит жестко, пришлось выключить. Завтрак был включен но это одно название, там сидит девушка на ресепшн она же готовит омлет или яичницу и дает 2 куска хлеба и чай в пакетиках. На этом всё. Тем кто спит как убитый наверно подойдет этот вариант. Для меня была удачная бессонная ночь там.

GGuest UserMotel 6 is a chain brand. There are three in Santa Barbara. Please check the address when booking. I made the mistake of booking this one. I drove to the beach ten kilometers away and found out I had made the mistake. Overall the rooms are quite decent, a little compact but have all the necessary facilities. It takes about ten minutes to drive to the beach. There is free hot water and instant coffee at the front desk. There is plenty of parking space for each room and there is a swimming pool.
