GGuest UserNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

DDustin PaulThe hotel has an immaculate lobby and friendly staff. The room was clean with typical amenities expected. They have a very large fitness facility with a good selection of equipment. There is no pool or free breakfast, but this hotel met everything I needed. I was very pleased.

PPalanayouxiaI spent the night at the Denver Airport, so staying in this hotel is the most convenient. The rooms are very clean and the scenery outside the window is good. Apart from the price being a bit more expensive, it is more about comfort when traveling outside.

AAnonymous UserIt was convenient to be able to take the airport shuttle to and fro from Denver International. However, more detailed information on how to get on the shuttle, and its frequency will be great! The hotel elevator was out of service, but the front desk staff was very helpful to help with the luggage. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of varieties for breakfast choices. Very nice.

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room. I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

AAnniemattNice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big! Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.

GGuest UserThe room and bathroom are generally clean. The bed is very soft. The only drawback is that there is always no one at the front desk. The bar downstairs is very noisy. The parking fee at the door is very expensive. Overall, it is very good. Highly recommended.

YYinzhihuThe front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived after 11 AM and, after showing my Marriott Bonvoy Platinum status, they waived the early check-in fee and even upgraded me to a suite. The room was incredibly spacious with fantastic city views. The only downside was that my room on the second floor faced the street, and there were noisy motorcycles revving on the weekend nights. The nearby train was also quite loud, and it didn't quiet down until midnight.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazingg. Every staff member helping us were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Texas to elope and were wanting to check in very early, they didn’t have anything but that was expected being that we arrived at 8 am! Although they didn’t have one ready they STILL gave us free breakfast! On top of that they gave us free drinks at the bar as a newly wed gift! Again not expected. The chef also came out later when we went to the bar at night and gifted us delicious dessert, this hotel made us feel welcomed in Colorado . We def. Will be back.
