Being located on Sunset Town Hill, the Kiss Bridge and the sunset from my room's balcony were absolutely breathtaking. What made it even better was getting a direct view of the fireworks show every night at 9:30 PM. Just for that, I felt like the accommodation was well worth the price. It truly felt like I experienced the highlight of my Phu Quoc trip. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Since it's a new building, the accommodation was spotless and had great facilities. The bed was large and comfy, and having a fridge and microwave was super convenient for heating up convenience store food. I heard some rooms even have Netflix, but I was perfectly happy just relaxing with a beer at night. Everything I needed was neatly and well-provided, so I experienced no discomfort at all. The staff were friendly. When I had a question and contacted the staff, they responded immediately and kindly, which I appreciated. There weren't any major issues, but it's a huge plus to know they're quick to respond in case something comes up. I'd seen some reviews mentioning ants or odors, but I didn't encounter any such problems during my stay. They even proactively helped us with our luggage during checkout, which was so thoughtful it almost made us feel a bit shy! The room's overall style was soft and cozy, making it feel very welcoming. The cleanliness was top-notch—spotless and odorless. The decor was absolutely beautiful; you could take amazing photos anywhere. And the location is just perfect! It's only a one or two-minute walk to the firework square, and everything else is super close, making getting around incredibly convenient. "We stayed at this apartment hotel for the fireworks, and while the location and room itself were excellent, our overall experience was impacted by unprofessional staff behaviour. The hotel has a strict 2 PM check-in policy with no exceptions, which we were aware of. However, upon arriving exactly at 2 PM, we faced a very disappointing check-in experience. We had already submitted our passport details in the morning, but the two male staff members at the front desk completely ignored us. They were busy chatting with Chinese guests and showed zero courtesy or professionalism toward us, even though we politely informed them we were ready for check-in. We ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes until the female staff member arrived. She was excellent — prompt, polite, and genuinely helpful. She listened to our request for a good room and assigned us a beautiful unit on a higher floor with two balconies. The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished, and the view was outstanding — completely unobstructed and perfect for watching the fireworks. We truly enjoyed the scenery from the balconies. That said, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There were many ants inside the apartment and on the balcony, suggesting the cleaning had not been done thoroughly. This was quite disappointing given the otherwise nice setup. The location is fantastic, and the room (once we got it) was one of the best in terms of view. However, the rude behavior from the male staff and the poor cleaning standards significantly affected our impression. Hopefully, management will address these issues to ensure all guests are treated with equal respect and professionalism. Otherwise this apartment is best to book for great view and enjoy the fireworks."
