One of the best hotel experiences I've had, and the first impression set the tone perfectly. Upon arrival, our bags were immediately taken by staff, and before we even reached the front desk, we were warmly greeted, guided to a seating area, and served fresh fruit, cold tea, and a refreshing wet towel — all while check-in was handled seamlessly. That kind of hospitality is rare.
We booked two rooms, both beautifully decorated in a unique cave-themed style. Each room came with a jacuzzi bathtub, excellent shower pressure, and an automatic bidet with a heated seat — thoughtful touches that made a real difference. The air-conditioning was wonderfully cold, a true relief in Vietnam's heat.
The toiletries were paraben-free, which I genuinely appreciated, and the hairdryer was a solid Dyson dupe, very functional and stylish. Room size was comfortable for two guests.
Breakfast was included, as was afternoon tea — both a lovely bonus. The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of Malaysia Street's halal eateries and Ben Thanh Market.
Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely be returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pro:
1. 1km walk to Ben Thant Market and Le Loi Street (unique fashion boutiques)
2. 350m walk to Saigon Opera
3. 450m walk to the River
4. Next door is massage place (don't take body massage, their hot stone foot massage is far more better). My therapist number is #3
5. Lots of places to eat (Japanese area)
6. Has a roof top swimming pool (small but cosy)
7. Hotel staff recommendation and authorised money changer, ask them for the address, short 350m walk
Cons:
1. The hotel only provides 2 mineral water per day. Can't ask more.
2. They don't have adhesive tape nor a scissor for us to pack up our shopping haul
3. Very noisy during weekend. Windows are not sound proof

The location is good, the room is very clean. The service is good too. I am happy with all of this.
What made me unhappy and inconvenient, the reasons I gave two stars for amenties are as follows:
1) toilet - clean yes, but the water pump is top strong and inconvenient to press, feel like I am pressing a broken handle water pump.
2) trash bin - in the toilet, it is difficult to push down the cover, too strong, so always ended up touching my hand with the cover where most of the trashed from the toilet were in contact with while pushing down. In the room, the cover, always need to use hands to remove the cover.
3) Electricity plug sockets - should have at least two free, one each by each bed. But what we had to use is the one for TV plug, the one for night light bulb (between the bed). Only one free socket by the mirror in the bedroom. So very inconvenience for two persons to charge our phones or laptops.

Anonymous UserRoom is big, over-looking the walking park and opposite the cafe apartment. Breakfast covers a wide variety and some of the menu changes daily. Walking distance to the river, opera house, Takashimaya mall, Saigon Square... Hotel staff is friendly and always smiling. Please note there a short flight of stairs to the lobby from the pavement but the hotel staff is ready to help.

Victor HankIs very 5 star hotel and service is very high class. The room is also very clean. However, the room is abit squeezy but overall is good experience. One night SGD 160 is quite reasonable. The concierge team is very experience and friendly in helping us find a 24 hour clinic. The view at floor 25 is really good. They have an infinity pool at the rooftop which can see the whole of HCMC cityview.

Fitria LingWe had such a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed the entire experience from beginning to end. The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. I came with my second brother and nephew, and the 3-bedroom layout worked beautifully for us — my brother stayed in the master bedroom while my nephew and I each had our own cozy rooms with a shared bathroom. It gave everyone privacy while still feeling warm and homely together.
The living room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony and an absolutely amazing view overlooking the sea/river. Waking up to that view every day was one of the highlights of our stay. The large dining table was also great for us to gather and enjoy meals together.
The house was very well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils and amenities, including a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.
What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality. The welcome was incredibly thoughtful, and the host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, even recommending local food places for us to try. We genuinely felt cared for and welcomed like guests rather than just visitors.
Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a spacious, comfortable, and relaxing stay with beautiful views and wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

Located almost perfectly for Saigon's riverside - beautiful scenery, breezy, convenient for getting to the cityvattraction. Its a big apartment building, fresh and clean. Pool is not big and made mostly for children.
Flat wasnt so nice as it was on pictures. But its not bad, i like it. Main troubles were: no hot water in second bathroom, noisy aircons blocks just outside balcony. But: very good beds and bedlinens, very clean, all the utensils.
I have to say that guys from Rivergate central is just saints. They were able to solve a huge trouble created by ourselves. Thank you, u r great.
Yes, i will stay there again. Very good price for this unit and location - and unbeatable service.

I went to Ho Chi Minh City with friends, but I didn't do my research well 😂. The hotel's location wasn't ideal; there was always traffic congestion, and it was quite far from the city center. If I were to go again, I think I would choose the Ben Thanh area. Otherwise, it was okay. It seems the hotel doesn't provide housekeeping for consecutive stays; we stayed two nights and they didn't give us new towels, so we had to ask the front desk for them when we got back at night.

Berryman06The hotel would be great, if it didn’t have a few major issues. In the room one night we left a half eaten bag of biscuits on the bed side table and found it covered with small bugs in the morning, as well as a cockroach on the floor. As well, the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains from the previous visitors, which wasn’t great. Finally, a small thing was the room was quite dark, as the curtain couldn’t be opened.
The location of the hotel however was great.
