I rarely leave reviews, but this time I absolutely have to. We booked three rooms for a two-night stay. First, I'd like to thank the InterContinental for upgrading one of our rooms to an executive room. However, this is, without a doubt, the worst InterContinental I've ever stayed at. Firstly, on our check-in day, we informed the front desk that we had an elderly guest who needed an oxygen concentrator. That machine rattled and clanked all night, making it impossible to sleep. The next day, when we asked if we could get a different oxygen tank, the butler actually told us that the hotel had no other equipment, essentially implying, 'Just deal with it.' On top of that, on the first night, there were people arguing loudly in the hallway, and not once did any hotel staff intervene. Secondly, on the second day, around 9:15 AM, I specifically called the front desk to ask for a light cleaning of the room. The front desk even asked if we wanted the sheets changed, and we said no. Yet, when we returned to the hotel around 6 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk again and had to urge them three times before a staff member finally came knocking on our door, sluggishly. Upon entering, they complained, saying we had told them not to clean the room. I'd like to ask when and where the staff member ever saw anyone from our room, and who said not to clean the room? Is this how five-star hotel staff are trained – to complain to guests and get scolded by the front desk? Is this the InterContinental's service standard? On the second day, during checkout, I went to the front desk to ask for a bag to put some small items in. The front desk initially said, 'Go get it yourself from the concierge.' I just want to know, it's at least 60 meters from the front desk to the concierge; are guests supposed to go retrieve it themselves? I asked if it could be delivered to the front desk, and the staff said it would take a long time, and I should wait in my room. The result? I never got the bag even by checkout time. I ended up carrying a metal box out the main entrance, and the front desk staff didn't even offer an apology. I just want to ask, does this kind of service meet your standards? Which five-star hotel provides service like this? I really shouldn't try to save money next time. I'll stick to Shangri-La, honestly.

I came to Lhasa backpacking alone, initially planning to rough it in a hostel for a few nights. But then a friend practically forced me to try this Hilton, saying 'you'll know once you stay here.' And okay, I admit, I'm completely hooked! The service was incredibly good. They proactively said, 'Let me arrange a comfortable yet affordable room for you,' and even hand-wrote a 'Lhasa guide' – telling me where to find the cheapest sweet tea, which monasteries have free entry, and which bus routes offer the best scenic views. The most touching moment was when I came back drenched from the rain one day. Immediately, someone brought me a bowl of hot herbal tea and a blanket, saying, 'Don't catch a cold, getting sick at high altitude is a hassle.' This kind of genuine care is something you might not even find in a five-star hotel. The value for money was surprisingly good. Honestly, I expected a Hilton to cost at least several hundred, but the price I booked was much lower than I anticipated, even more cost-effective than some private rooms in hostels. The room was clean and spacious, with oxygen supply and a humidifier, ensuring a really sound sleep at night. While breakfast wasn't a lavish buffet, it offered plenty of tsampa, butter tea, and boiled eggs, enough to keep me full until the afternoon, saving me lunch money. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and getting to the Potala Palace or Jokhang Temple costs just one yuan, making transportation costs almost negligible. After this stay, I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not just because it was affordable, but because of the unreserved kindness from the ******* people. Next time I visit Tibet, I won't hesitate – I'm definitely staying here again! 🙏🎒

The room is larger than many hotels in Lhasa and Vienna. It is spacious and bright! The sanitation is also very clean, which you can feel as soon as you enter the hall! And parking is super convenient. As soon as we asked for parking, the security staff very responsibly directed our car to the underground garage! The point is that the girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very efficient! Whenever you have any questions, call the front desk and they will respond positively! So for those of us who often travel and stay in hotels, there is a sharp contrast between one hotel and another in our minds! Very satisfied and worth staying!

During these few days in Lhasa, I really felt the feeling of home in this Atour First of all, every young man and woman at the front desk is young and enthusiastic. They can respond to any needs very actively and quickly. I used my membership points to exchange for a good night milk for my child. In the next few days, as long as our family returns to the hotel, the thoughtful staff will specially bring us a cup of warm milk. Secondly, it is very troublesome to wash clothes on a long trip. But Atour's laundry room is professional and clean. You can achieve the freedom of washing and drying clothes every day. You can also entrust all to the front desk. Every day when I return to the hotel, I get clean and fresh clothes. It's so happy The only thing that is a little shortcoming is that the room is not big. But in this area of ​​Lhasa, at this price. This area is acceptable

The room view was absolutely stunning! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of Lhasa's distant mountains and clouds. Sitting by the small table by the window, quietly watching the clouds drift by, truly brought out the unique high-altitude vibe, and it was perfect for photos. The room amenities were very thoughtful. The bathroom was spacious and grand, with a separate large bathtub – perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. The toiletries were comprehensive, and the decor had a premium feel. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked wonderfully, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The room environment is very good, the health is also well maintained, there are two small problems, the first is that the socket behind the suite refrigerator is broken and there is no place to plug in. It is pure furnishings but no one repairs it. The second is that the oxygen system at the bedside has a paid set and a free set at night. The free set has no logo. There is a hotel's urinal on the payment system that does not mention free oxygen. After I paid about 200 yuan, I went to the front desk because of the payment system failure, and the front desk told me. This practice is very unreasonable

The hotel is very close to the Lhasa River, just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is relatively new, with large, clean rooms and advanced facilities. On my first day, as soon as I got out of the taxi, about ten meters from the hotel entrance, a hotel staff member named Losang quickly came out to help me with my luggage. I was feeling unwell due to altitude sickness at the time, and I was very grateful for Losang's kind assistance. The hotel receptionist was also very thoughtful, providing us with disposable oxygen tubes during check-in. The hotel has 24-hour diffused oxygen supply, and nasal inhalation is also available. The hotel breakfast was also good; I especially enjoyed the sweet tea. Because of Losang's professional and helpful staff, I'll remember the name Yishang Hotel, and I'll definitely choose Yishang Hotel again if I have the chance to visit other cities. My first day in Lhasa, thanks to my stay at Yishang Hotel, left me with wonderful memories of my trip.

Stayed for the second time, the room was spacious, the facilities were new, the sanitation was clean, there was oxygen supply, the air conditioning was also very good, the front desk lady and the restaurant brother were very good, the breakfast was not bad, because the evening flight was booked, the hotel also gave me a late check-out, thank you!

Highly recommended! This Tibetan-style 5-star hotel offers exceptional value for money and boasts a unique charm unlike any other 5-star hotel. Although ******* in style, the rooms and hotel design and decor still exude a luxurious and modern feel. There's a coffee shop, tea house, and laundry service across the street, making dining and tea breaks incredibly convenient. Laundry services are also super cheap for hotel guests. There's also a huge parking lot across the street, which will be a boon for those with parking anxiety. The service is truly outstanding; all the staff are incredibly welcoming. I originally planned to stay a few more nights, but unfortunately, I suffered from severe altitude sickness and had to leave Lhasa early.
