Cleanliness: Housekeeping was very prompt, with someone tidying up every day. Service: All the staff were very enthusiastic. Breakfast was abundant and à la carte."

"The air conditioning was terrible; it felt like the vents were completely blocked, making temperature control useless. However, they provided AESOP shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which was amazing. What's ridiculous is that the TV initially had YouTube, but then the function suddenly disappeared while I was watching."

"Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips."

An 8 story hotel located on the New Belgrade side of the Sava River near the convention center and USCE Shopping Mall. Hotel opened Aug 1, 1990. Only 5 minutes away by car to the city centre, 25 minutes to the Belgrade Airport. Guest services: 302 Guestrooms, including 38 suites, 3 outlets, 2 restaurants, bar, spa centre, 845 square meters of meeting space.

"To put it mildly, the hotel isn't new. The service quality is excellent, but the small details indicate it's not a 5-star property. It's a 4-star, at most. Cons: There's no outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer, only in the hallway. The outlet is positioned too low, and the cord is short. You'd have to dry your hair on your knees. (This really makes you question the '5-star' rating.) I had a twin room, and the two beds were quite narrow. Again, not what you'd expect from a 5-star. The breakfast was decent and varied for Europe or Serbia. I didn't use any other services."

"We really liked the hotel. It's newly renovated and the furniture is very expensive. The breakfasts are expensive and high-quality. The view from the restaurant is stunning. We practically never left the jacuzzi and pool. The staff gets 10 stars."

Hotel near Stari Grad,Belgrade
The concept of the hotel was born from the owners desire to be part of Belgrade renovation impressing a luxurious but more familiar character to the city where in the last two decades only big hotels from international chains not committed with the city identity came to sight. Square Nine hotel Belgrade is a contemporary construction which integrates within the neighborhood by matching colors and respecting height of the surrounding buildings. The interior design applies materials such as stone bronze mirrors and wood cladding both light and dark colored which results in a very cozy ambient and the most elegant atmosphere.

"To be honest, the facade and lobby are better, the room is very general, there is a pile of no nutritious things on the room table, the price is not cheap, more than 200 euros, the room water is not, there are two small bottles of water at the bedside before bed, almost a few mouths are gone. It is that you don't have a bottle of water when you check in, and you can only get water when you sleep. The room toiletries are Hermès. Many people have seen it and are attracted. The room looks out and there is nothing. The front desk calls without any use. Then the sauna is closed and none is opened. The waiter in the sauna can't speak English, and he said that it was turned off for a long time. The whole stay is really not good! ! !"

"The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet."
