"A very good hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, created not only by the staff's service and authentic historical interior, but largely by the live Tchaikovsky music almost constantly playing in the restaurant. The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient; it truly is right in the heart of Belgrade. The hotel's history, which it reveres, and the large number of famous guests are also very interesting. If I ever visit Belgrade again, there will be no question of where to stay."

"Booked this after my flight was cancelled at short notice. Excellently connected on the free bus line 72 between the airport and the city centre, though not much to see in the immediate area itself. Hotel is luxuriously equipped for the price, great facilities, good breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff who are efficient and speak good English. No complaints! Just hop on the number 72 bus from the airport and get off at ”Biodekor”. On the way back to the airport you might need to take another bus 1-2 stops along the road to connect with the 72 in the other direction. Maybe not the hotel for you if you need to be in the city centre, but if you don't mind a short, free bus ride then it's actually quite well positioned."

"The air conditioning was terrible; it felt like the vents were completely blocked, making temperature control useless. However, they provided AESOP shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which was amazing. What's ridiculous is that the TV initially had YouTube, but then the function suddenly disappeared while I was watching."

"Good hotel, quiet street, close to attractions, walking distance to the Old Town, the fortress with the Sava embankment, the square, pedestrian boulevard, Rajiceva shopping mall, and streets with bars and restaurants. Just 5 minutes from the hotel, there's a fantastic restaurant called 'Zavicaj' serving homemade Serbian cuisine – it's delicious, reasonably priced, and always busy. Overall, the location is excellent. Inside, it's cozy; the room has slippers but no bathrobe or hair conditioner. In the shower, there's only one dispenser for universal gel/shampoo, and liquid soap by the sink – that's all. There was no shoehorn. No iron, perhaps it's available upon request or in a separate room, but I didn't inquire. Room 002 on the ground floor overlooked the hotel parking lot, with zero view. Even though I requested a high floor when booking, they gave me the lowest one. The breakfast was perfectly adequate; we didn't leave hungry. Sausages, scrambled eggs (which were actually not tasty and dry), fried eggs, cold cuts, dessert, fruits, vegetables – all available. I don't drink coffee, but there's no coffee machine, just one type of coffee in a pot. The air conditioning works very well and cools quickly. Blackout curtains. Mattress, pillows – all comfortable. No complaints about the cleaning. We didn't use the hotel's additional services (spa, etc.). The soundproofing is average, but it didn't prevent us from getting a good night's sleep."

"Six nights working remotely from here and I'd come back without thinking. Location is great — everything is walkable. The room is set up properly for remote work (desk, outlets, fast wifi), and the open-space lounge downstairs is even better if you want a change of scenery. Breakfast has a nice selection, not the usual sad buffet. Nothing to complain about."

"The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet."
