" We enjoyed a cool getaway in the mountains. A wonderful, and large piece of property, with lots of hiking/horse trails, a river running through and waterfalls. The mountain views are beautiful, and it is peaceful to watch the horses in the pastures, or take a trail ride. There is constant upkeep going on to the many trails, roads and cabins. The cabin we stayed in was fine- it was a cabin and not much more. It was clean and we were able to cook and get wifi. The campground is nicely wooded and has a great bathhouse. Cute downtown Spruce Pine is about 15 twisty minutes driving away, and has a nice restaurant or two. It is close to many great other hiking spots, but we found no need to leave the property. "

"A very beautiful place. Exceptional maintained. The grounds and facilities very clean. We stayed 2 nights in a 24 foot RV. Went for a trail ride with Lacey. She was a joy to be with and made the ride safe and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and we will return."

Especially Tamara who assisted us with our booking and changes we needed to make as well as Stacie in the dining room. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the dining room. Our room was lovely and spacious. The view is unbelievable and we can’t wait to go back for a longer stay"
