"The service at this hotel was appalling. Every time our group asked for even a water we were treated like we were making a huge request. The staff very obviously didn’t want to do any work. There was no restaraunt and the bar opened when it suited them. Rooms rarely cleaned. We booked a taxi through the hotel and were waiting outside for over 20 minutes to check again and realised they hadn’t even bothered to ring nor did they bother to inform us. Without doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Having seen a high rating I read through the reviews and think they may not be genuine as there are repeated phrases used throughout. Do not stay here."

"A new hotel located on a Blue Flag beach providing all you need for a great break whether for a weekend or a week which is what we stayed for. Everything was spotless with an on-site spa, pool, and attached beach club with sun beds both in the grounds and on the beach itself. Without exception the service from the attentive staff was excellent with the star being Valentina. We had an issue with our hire car which I was having difficulty in resolving not least because of my lack of Italian but Valentina became involved and took it upon herself to sort the issue out which she did. This involved multiple phone calls and a deal of patience on her side but she was brilliant. She also ensured we were able to get back to Catania airport at the end of our stay as the hire car was not returned to us."

"We spent a week here and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is excellent value. The rooms are nice although room 109 has a very small shower. Spacious pool and garden area. Located in a peaceful, rural area of Sicily. We drove to the beach every day. But the gem of this place is the restaurant. The locals flock here every evening - but don’t worry it’s not near the rooms so wouldn’t disturb you. Delicious food - try the mussel soup. The pizzas are amazing. And all served by lovely staff. A real family feel."

The strong point of the hotel is certainly the breakfast served in the elegant and rich restaurant room. Regional specialities, local cakes and desserts are favoured, but also a rich variety for lovers of "savory" breakfasts. A non-negligible detail: cappuccino and coffee prepared from the bar and not from the machine! "

"High level location regardless of tastes which we really liked anyway, impeccable cleanliness and care, professional services, more than satisfactory spa, average breakfast and located in a beautiful room. "Excellent location for visiting Modica, very convenient parking with gate that is closed at night. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. In my opinion it is a good 3 star but not 4 star. The structure needs modernization interventions. Nice swimming pool, but with broken tiles in several places. Noisy air conditioning. Overall pleasant stay."
