The only minor drawback was the bathroom layout; the toilet and sink were too close, making it quite cramped to wash your face. Also, no hair conditioner was provided among the toiletries, which I hope they can improve. During both check-in and check-out, the bellhops were very helpful and enthusiastically assisted with luggage. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home.
