Convenient location, clean and tidy room with complete facilities. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out were very fast. The room was spotless and odor-free, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. The mattress had just the right firmness, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The shower had good water pressure and stable temperature, making even a cleanliness freak like me feel at ease.

The hotel's overall decor is grand and elegant, the public areas are clean and bright, and the rooms are spacious. The soft furnishings and bedding were very comfortable, and my parents were especially pleased. I particularly want to commend all the staff at the Horizon Club Lounge. Their service was meticulous and incredibly thoughtful. Our dedicated butler, Wenby, was professional and attentive, proactively helping us register our car's license plate in advance, saving us the hassle of dealing with parking entry and exit. Knowing we had several people in our party, she promptly arranged an extra bed for our room. Her efficiency and reliability, along with her thorough consideration for every aspect of our stay, were truly impressive. Janice from the Executive Lounge also left a wonderful impression; she always had a warm smile, was genuinely welcoming and polite, and her service was gentle and appropriate. Upon learning that we had a tight schedule and needed to continue our journey, she thoughtfully prepared a variety of portable packed snacks. This unexpected gesture added a touch of warmth to our busy travels. From the hardware facilities to the humanistic service, the hotel truly excelled, and every small detail reflected the staff's dedication. It's perfectly suited for traveling with elderly parents, offering an absolutely fantastic experience. The next time I visit Ningbo, this will still be my top choice, and I sincerely recommend it to all my fellow travelers!

Every time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

The room was very clean with no strange smells. The front desk staff were super friendly, and they processed my invoice quickly after I checked out. The location is fantastic, very close to Cultural Plaza and Hankyu, with plenty of dining options nearby. Although the underground parking costs extra, it's affordable and there are always spaces available, which is really convenient. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; you can clearly hear the elevator, housekeepers talking in the hallway, and even the TV from the next room. However, considering it was less than 150 yuan a night, I can't really complain. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

The hotel is in a great location, right in Hongtai Plaza in Ningbo's Eastern New City. It's super convenient for shopping at both Hongtai Plaza and Hankyu. In the evenings, it's also easy to find a late-night spot for drinks with friends. The hotel environment is very clean and quiet, making it suitable for families, couples, and business travelers. The breakfast is also very good. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Nice clean and spacious hotel. The hotel is close to a metro station and connects to the airport. The area is mainly business but there are some shops and restaurants. Room was nice with a very comfortable bed. Excellent value for money would definitely stay again
