"This hotel definitely doesn't live up to its 4-star rating. The rooms are tiny and full of ants, and the soundproofing is terrible – you can hear everything happening outside and even the guests walking around upstairs. The TV has a presumed transmission issue. This place lacks 'stars' in every sense. The poor staff work their butts off for three or four people, but they can't perform miracles. The restaurant service is bad and the food is weak. The only positives are the pools (though the jets didn't work for three days) and the staff, who really do try their best to make up for the systematic shortcomings."
