The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel room was easy to find and quite spacious. Danny even helped us with an upgrade! Our luggage was handled by a dedicated staff member who brought it to our room, though it did take a bit of time, about half an hour. When checking out, you can call ahead for someone to pick up your luggage and store it. Owen was very friendly and patiently explained everything. The only thing that could be improved is my friend mentioned the duvet was a bit thin. Also, finding our way to the Grand Canal for late-night snacks often led us astray. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"The hotel no longer offers a free shuttle to the Border Gate (Guanzha). My request for a room facing the park couldn't be accommodated. However, it's quite convenient to walk to the Lighthouse, Lou Lim Ieoc Garden, and *** from here. The rooms are clean and soundproofing is excellent. You have to ask the staff specifically for slippers. It was renovated in 2016, so it has a bit of an older feel, but it's very well-maintained and offers good value for money. The buffet breakfast restaurant has a nice view of the park."

"❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Choosing Studio City Celebrity Tower this time was absolutely the right decision! I originally booked a room without tickets, but then I found a package deal and bothered Ctrip customer service #JiangJiang multiple times. Thank you for your hard work in helping me switch packages! I also bothered the hotel's reservation department employee #Karina a few times, and I'm so grateful for your excellent service. You specifically helped me arrange a birthday setup for the room. The hotel housekeeping staff's service was also fantastic, which deeply touched me. I hope you all can maintain this level of service; the future looks bright. For families with kids visiting Macau, Celebrity Tower is a no-brainer. The rooms come with lots of complimentary snacks and instant noodles! If you have any special requests, remember to contact the reservations department #Karina in advance to arrange them. I hope the hotel pays more attention to its reservation department staff. This department, which conveys the brand's value solely through voice, deserves thanks for their attentive listening and feedback. I wish all your employees more care and appreciation."

"Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The room was spacious enough and directly overlooked the garden, starting the day off right! 💚💚💚 Spent two leisurely days in Macau, enjoying the Grand Lisboa Palace~~ The French garden here is absolutely stunning! This dreamlike sky garden feels like a secret garden from a European palace. The Baroque architecture beautifully contrasts with the lush green lawns and exquisite gardens surrounding it. It transports you back in time to old movie scenes of aristocratic weddings. Every corner is a fantastic backdrop for photos, and it's definitely become a popular spot for influencers. #GrandLisboaPalace"

"We had a great stay here. Nice Christmas 🎄 decorations in the hotel. Staff very helpful with everything. Breakfast was ok (great pastries 🥐) could have some more options like fresh vegetables. Location is nice next to river with walking distance to old center. Pity the casino was closed, seems there will not be a restart of these facilities here. Therefore also less options for shuttle buses (ferry, boarder, etc). The room was good but we had a room with this connection door to another room, where sounds from direct neighbors can be heard through quite well. But overall pleasant stay."

Located on the stunning Penha Hill, Riviera Hotel Macau has one of the most prized views in Macau overlooking Sai Van Lake, Macau Tower and Taipa Island.The upscale residential area of Macau Peninsula, where Hotel Riviera Macau is actually located, has surprisingly little traffic, so guests staying at Hotel Riviera Macau can always enjoy refreshing walks without having to dodge cars and bikes. The Lijinxuan is a Chinese restaurant offering all varieties of traditional Chinese food from Guangzhou, Szechuan, Beijing to Hunan cuisines and specialties. The Amigo Western restaurant serves continental gastronomy, delightful Portuguese cuisine and fresh food in an elegant European setting. The Music Lounge which is a great place to relax with friends for a drink or have a nice dance.

"If you're looking to avoid casino hotels and unreliable guesthouses, this place comes highly recommended. This hotel has hosted the country's top leaders twice, so its quality and reputation speak for themselves (it's an especially amazing experience if you're traveling with family elders who appreciate historical significance). It's located in Macau's top luxury residential area, offering a quiet environment with excellent views of the Macau Tower. The Liaison Office of the Central People's Government is right nearby, and behind it, up the hill, are some interesting churches. There are also many historical sites in the vicinity, perfect for a city walk. The only downsides are that it's a bit out of the way (wealthy areas tend to be less central) and not as convenient as hotels with casinos. While there's no direct hotel shuttle, public buses are available. If you come by metro, be prepared for a rather steep uphill walk."

"The best and most beautiful hotel accomodation I have ever experience. Airport pickup by hotel limousine was pre organised to welcoming us at the hotel front door by a dedicated host, leading us straight to the suite, skipping the checkin process at the lobby was fantastic. Breakfast & dinner at Hampton Court was very luxury, absolutely fantastic. Communication via WhatsApp was very efficient and respond was very fast. The best feature in our suite was the massage chair."

"An excellent value-for-money hotel. After clearing customs at Hengqin Port, we took a short car ride to the Galaxy area. From there, it was just a few hundred meters' walk across the road to reach the hotel. The Light Rail station is conveniently located right at Galaxy's entrance, making it super easy to get around. SSharoncaopengThe hotel is located in a residential area, so there are many local eateries and restaurants right downstairs. It takes about 25-30 minutes by bus to get to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The service is standard for an international five-star hotel. However, when I booked, I thought breakfast would be a buffet in the restaurant, but upon arrival, I was informed it was room service breakfast. So, if you're someone who expects a lot of choices for breakfast, that might be a drawback.

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Cotai Strip. The room was exceptionally clean and neat, providing a very comfortable environment from the moment I walked in. I was also pleasantly surprised that my room was already prepared for an early check-in at 12:30 PM, which made my arrival seamless. Since the hotel is quite grand, I appreciated the friendly staff who proactively guided me to the correct lift lobby in the opposite wing. To top it off, the departure process was incredibly efficient; I used the express check-out by simply dropping my key card into the machine for a completely hassle-free experience. I look forward to staying at The Parisian Macao again!

JJushifulvxingrijiThe room was spacious and clean with complete amenities, and all the toiletries were L'Occitane products, which really got me interested. When I checked out, the front desk even gave me a sample, which I loved. It's also quite convenient for getting around; there's a light rail just a few hundred meters away that goes straight to the airport. The only downside is that the toothbrush bristles were too hard and made my gums bleed. 😫

KkatherineThe room is very spacious and comfortable, clean and hygienic. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is very convenient. Families with children might want to consider some of the themed rooms. Downstairs there's a shopping mall with a tea restaurant and convenience store, making it very easy to grab food or other items and bring them back to the room. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the East Asian Games Dome light rail station is also within walking distance. Highly recommended! 👍

GGuest UserThe best part was definitely the swimming pool: it's 25m long and about 1.5m deep. The water quality was good, and there were also three hot tubs for relaxation. In the changing rooms, they provided L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. The bathtub in the room was quite large, and the magnifying mirror was a nice touch. The room decor was very European and had a 'girly' style. However, there were quite a few downsides: 1. The bed was too narrow; it was hard to turn over if you're not small. Both my friend and I experienced unbearable itching at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I'm not sure what was wrong with the duvet. 2. The standard twin room we checked into didn't have body lotion. 3. Some of the charging outlets were broken. 4. The bathroom door made a loud creaking noise when opening and closing, which would wake up the other person in the room. 5. The location is a bit out of the way, at the very end of Fisherman's Wharf, so you need a taxi to get to the city center. Overall, the value for money was still pretty good. It's worth noting that I stayed at three hotels over these three days, and the other two offered free room upgrades, whereas this hotel refused.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean, well-organized, and sufficient for our stay. It has a convenient location near the ferry terminal, though it’s not the best spot if you want to be close to major attractions — you’ll need to walk a bit. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. The casino had a somewhat dated vibe, and we didn’t have time to check out the pool, but note that you’ll need to bring a hair cap if you plan to swim.

NNanjingmouzhiThe overall experience at New Orient Landmark Hotel in Macau was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The front desk and customer service staff were all very friendly, efficient, and professional, making both check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel's location is also great, with convenient access to restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot. The facilities are well-maintained, and attention to detail is evident, which made for a very reassuring stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.

00030****We booked a triple room for convenience, but it turned out to be exceptionally small. The window offered a view of tightly packed residential buildings, reminiscent of the old Kowloon Walled City, making it impossible to open the curtains. Despite being a triple room, only two tooth mugs were provided. When we asked the front desk, they directed us to housekeeping, who explained that while three sets of toiletries were given, their policy stipulated only two tooth mugs per room. Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioning broke. A technician worked on it for nearly an hour, but by 1 AM, it still wasn't fixed, and we were simply given a fan. At checkout, there was no apology or explanation whatsoever regarding the AC problem. To add insult to injury, upon checking out, we realized one room key card was missing, and they immediately charged us 50 RMB, citing their policy. It really feels like these rules are only for guests!
