"I had a truly fantastic stay! I usually stay in Taipa, but this time I chose Harbourview Hotel since I was visiting the Grand Prix Museum the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading me to a suite – the room was incredibly spacious, and most importantly, it was spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Macau. It's super convenient; you can take the Sands shuttle and just cross the road, or use public transport as there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel. There are water dispensers in the hallway, though only cold water, which was perfectly fine."

"The food options are quite convenient, and the hotel's location is great for catching the House of Dancing Water show. However, the soundproofing isn't great. You can clearly hear children running and shouting in the hallways, which I don't think is up to par for a five-star hotel; that was a real downside. The complimentary water and minibar drinks were decent. There's a bit of a view from outside, but unfortunately, the Ferris wheel was out of service for maintenance when I visited, so I didn't get to ride it."

"The hotel's location is just 'okay'. It's not far from Rua do Cunha and The Venetian, but walking to both can be a bit tiring, especially if you're with elderly people or children. It's not super convenient to get anywhere, so we mostly relied on taxis. The hotel service was also pretty standard, except for the older gentleman who helped us with our luggage at the entrance – he was very kind and enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast was really disappointing – not tasty at all, with limited variety. I even saw a child directly picking up food from a plate of chicken nuggets with chopsticks! We booked five rooms, and on the last day, two of our rooms didn't even bother with breakfast; we went to a nearby cafe called Neptune Ice Cafe instead. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend booking breakfast here. The rooms weren't particularly small, but the hotel itself feels a bit dated. If you need an iron, you can call reception and they'll send one up. Oh, and there's a free hotel shuttle at the entrance that goes to The Venetian, though you'll still have a short walk from there."

"My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again."

"Quiet and comfortable, and very clean. The suite has a balcony, two toilets, a washing machine, and a stovetop, which is super convenient. The staff are all very warm and friendly. When I checked in, I requested a quiet room, and both rooms they gave me were quiet and comfortable. The view from the room is truly beautiful and healing. There's no entertainment center inside the hotel, but there's a supermarket on the first floor where you can buy some food and daily necessities. It's just a few minutes' walk to catch a bus, making it convenient to go anywhere. The shuttle service seems to be hourly, but there are also ** cars nearby that make getting to the gate very easy, or you can take a bus. There are some downsides, though. Calling for delivery at night was very quick, but in the morning and afternoon, the phone lines were unreachable. I had to go to the hallway to find the cleaning staff, but the aunties were very quick and had super good attitudes."

"Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel."

"Overall, it was a great experience. We arrived early in the morning and stored our luggage, then checked in in the evening. The breakfast quality was excellent. The only downside was that I had purchased breakfast for two on my app, and when checking in, I was asked if my child needed breakfast. The staff told me that a 4-year-old didn't need one. However, when my husband took our child to eat breakfast, a staff member yelled at the child to leave. This really knocks off a star. They could have let the child go in first and then spoken to the father for payment."

"This was my first time in Macau, and I blindly chose Grand Lisboa Palace. We stayed for two nights, and it offered great value for money – truly an amazing experience! The hotel is relatively new. Our room was spacious and airy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a log until I woke up naturally. We specifically booked a room with a sofa bed, and the hotel thoughtfully made it up for our child. This gave each of us a separate space, allowing for quiet relaxation without disturbing each other – exactly the kind of laid-back vibe a vacation should have! The garden on the 3rd floor of the hotel is absolutely stunning; every photo we took turned out beautifully! All the drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary, which was a fantastic bonus. Although the location isn't in the city center, its advantage lies in being quiet and less crowded, free from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It perfectly captures a resort-like island vacation atmosphere, making it ideal for families with kids. Wynn Palace is just a 10-minute walk away, which was super convenient for exploring its gardens. Downstairs, there's a huge variety of food options, so we never had to worry about meals. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, hassle-free, and relaxing. For families without a strong shopping agenda and who are primarily looking for a laid-back getaway with kids, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place – highly recommended! Five out of five stars!"

You can explore all three resorts without needing an umbrella, even on a rainy day. There's a free shuttle bus directly to the border gates and airport, making travel super convenient. 🏨 **Lobby & Rooms**: The 35-meter high French-style dome mural and crystal chandeliers give you an immediate sense of being transported to Paris the moment you walk in. Every snapshot is a hit on social media! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding and exquisite bathroom amenities. Soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. The front desk is responsive, and you can store your luggage for free. 🍽️ **Dining**: The hotel offers a variety of dining options with different cuisines, price points, and atmospheres to suit every guest's preference. During our stay, we dined most frequently at the 'Colourful Flavor' restaurant on the first floor. They have freshly made Cantonese dim sum and Western cold dishes. The prices are moderate, and the portions are generous and delicious. 📸 **Must-Visit Spots**: Don't miss the free observation deck on the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower for sunset and city views; capture the Eiffel Tower's reflection by the pool; and take an upward shot of the lobby dome for maximum ambiance. **Friendly Tip**: The shuttle bus can have queues during peak hours, so allow plenty of time. "The hotel's location is excellent. It was only a 39 MOP taxi ride to the Ruins of St. Paul's. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We arrived a bit late and were upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those traveling with children!"
