"Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel room was easy to find and quite spacious. Danny even helped us with an upgrade! Our luggage was handled by a dedicated staff member who brought it to our room, though it did take a bit of time, about half an hour. When checking out, you can call ahead for someone to pick up your luggage and store it. Owen was very friendly and patiently explained everything. The only thing that could be improved is my friend mentioned the duvet was a bit thin. Also, finding our way to the Grand Canal for late-night snacks often led us astray. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"The hotel no longer offers a free shuttle to the Border Gate (Guanzha). My request for a room facing the park couldn't be accommodated. However, it's quite convenient to walk to the Lighthouse, Lou Lim Ieoc Garden, and *** from here. The rooms are clean and soundproofing is excellent. You have to ask the staff specifically for slippers. It was renovated in 2016, so it has a bit of an older feel, but it's very well-maintained and offers good value for money. The buffet breakfast restaurant has a nice view of the park."

I originally booked a room without tickets, but then I found a package deal and bothered Ctrip customer service #JiangJiang multiple times. Thank you for your hard work in helping me switch packages! I also bothered the hotel's reservation department employee #Karina a few times, and I'm so grateful for your excellent service. You specifically helped me arrange a birthday setup for the room. The hotel housekeeping staff's service was also fantastic, which deeply touched me. I hope you all can maintain this level of service; the future looks bright. For families with kids visiting Macau, Celebrity Tower is a no-brainer. The rooms come with lots of complimentary snacks and instant noodles! If you have any special requests, remember to contact the reservations department #Karina in advance to arrange them. I hope the hotel pays more attention to its reservation department staff. This department, which conveys the brand's value solely through voice, deserves thanks for their attentive listening and feedback. I wish all your employees more care and appreciation."

This dreamlike sky garden feels like a secret garden from a European palace. The Baroque architecture beautifully contrasts with the lush green lawns and exquisite gardens surrounding it. It transports you back in time to old movie scenes of aristocratic weddings. Every corner is a fantastic backdrop for photos, and it's definitely become a popular spot for influencers. #GrandLisboaPalace"

"We had a great stay here. Nice Christmas 🎄 decorations in the hotel. Staff very helpful with everything. Breakfast was ok (great pastries 🥐) could have some more options like fresh vegetables. Location is nice next to river with walking distance to old center. Pity the casino was closed, seems there will not be a restart of these facilities here. Therefore also less options for shuttle buses (ferry, boarder, etc). The room was good but we had a room with this connection door to another room, where sounds from direct neighbors can be heard through quite well. But overall pleasant stay."

Downstairs is the YOHO Golden Island Mall, with everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment – super convenient! 🤩 There are clothes, cosmetics, a cinema, supermarket, restaurants, and more. 🏨 Hotel lobby on the 2nd floor 🏋️ Gym room 24hrs (2/F) 🏊‍♀️ Three infinity pools where you can swim and enjoy beautiful views (2/F). The outdoor red apple trees were adorned with Christmas ribbons and scarves, super cute! 🍣 Hokkaido Uoichi Rotating Sushi Fresh ingredients and a wide variety, also great value for money. 🎭 South Beauty Elegant and upscale dining environment with a variety of dishes, featuring Sichuan, Hunan, Shandong, and Cantonese cuisines. They also have Macau exclusive dishes! 🏨 YOHO Golden Island Hotel 🔍 No. 12, Lagoa Avenida, Nam Van District, Macau Peninsula 🚌 From Gongbei Port, you can take the hotel's free shuttle bus or Macau Public Bus 🚌 3/3X to ”Praca de Ferreira Amaral”."

"The room was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, offering views of Hengqin, Zhuhai across the water in Taipa. The facilities are luxurious and complete, and the hygiene is top-notch – truly excellent. The service was also first-rate."

"If you're looking to avoid casino hotels and unreliable guesthouses, this place comes highly recommended. This hotel has hosted the country's top leaders twice, so its quality and reputation speak for themselves (it's an especially amazing experience if you're traveling with family elders who appreciate historical significance). It's located in Macau's top luxury residential area, offering a quiet environment with excellent views of the Macau Tower. The Liaison Office of the Central People's Government is right nearby, and behind it, up the hill, are some interesting churches. There are also many historical sites in the vicinity, perfect for a city walk. The only downsides are that it's a bit out of the way (wealthy areas tend to be less central) and not as convenient as hotels with casinos. While there's no direct hotel shuttle, public buses are available. If you come by metro, be prepared for a rather steep uphill walk."

"The best and most beautiful hotel accomodation I have ever experience. Airport pickup by hotel limousine was pre organised to welcoming us at the hotel front door by a dedicated host, leading us straight to the suite, skipping the checkin process at the lobby was fantastic. Breakfast & dinner at Hampton Court was very luxury, absolutely fantastic. Communication via WhatsApp was very efficient and respond was very fast. The best feature in our suite was the massage chair."

"An excellent value-for-money hotel. After clearing customs at Hengqin Port, we took a short car ride to the Galaxy area. From there, it was just a few hundred meters' walk across the road to reach the hotel. The Light Rail station is conveniently located right at Galaxy's entrance, making it super easy to get around. The hotel itself is simple but impeccably clean. They even thoughtfully provide power outlets compatible with mainland China plugs, so you won't need to worry if you forget your adapter."
