"The hotel is very close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also conveniently located within a 10 to 15-minute walk of attractions like the Duomo and the Accademia Gallery. The next morning, it was less than a 2km walk to the Uffizi Gallery, where we managed to get early bird tickets for 8:15 AM. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money and comes highly recommended."

However, I had an unpleasant experience with one female front desk staff member that I found difficult to understand. During my stay, there was no bottled water in the mini bar in my room, so I called the front desk to request some. She insisted that the water was already in the mini bar. I repeatedly explained that there were only beverages and no water, yet she asked whether I had already drunk it. I found this response unreasonable and unprofessional, and it showed a lack of basic respect. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and improve staff communication and service quality."

Tiny swimming pool but very precious in the city center like this so I still tried the pool even it’s very cold in middle of sep, the front desk ( cute boy) really friendly to book the restaurant for my customers with patience and the lady in the breakfast room are super nice to me! Lunch in Asia fusion in Italian is also unexpected good!"

"The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left. I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back."

"This hotel is very clean and new. Staffs was so kind and helpful too. On the second day of our stay, we had a problem with the hot shower in both of our rooms and only managed to get the problem fixed at night. Due to that, they compensated us free breakfast as a service recovery for my family the next day. We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel. However the parking in this hotel is so limited that we almost didn’t get parked our car in the hotel. We weee told that if no parking spaces available, we had to find a blue lot to park outside the hotel area. So far we were lucky enough to get the parking lot inside the hotel."

The biggest advantage of the hotel is convenience. It is ten minutes away from the train station, but because the road is old, it is a bit inconvenient to drag heavy luggage. It is close to the Central Market, Duomo de Fiore, Medici Chapel and Academy of Fine Arts Museum, and you can walk there. Maybe the hotel's hardware facilities are defective, and it provides a wealth of free drinks, free coffee at the front desk, biscuits, etc., which is quite heartwarming. There is no breakfast in the hotel. For breakfast, you need to give a breakfast coupon to go to the cooperating restaurant to get a piece of bread and a cup of coffee. You can choose the variety. There are many small restaurants around, which is convenient."
