The owner, a Hubei native who has lived in Hangzhou for 20 years, runs a shop in Jieyang. He's incredibly warm, kind, and sincere. Our trip was to see the Jieyang Dragon Dance. While we were strolling through the ancient street, the owner urgently called to urge us to hurry back and get a good spot, as other guests had already left. He even prepared two stools for us to better watch the spectacle. Thanks to the owner's help, our trip was a complete success. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jieyang (the house is spacious and clean). Also, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and lovely! ☺

We stayed for two nights in a suite with a tea room. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with tea sets, a tea table, and bottled water. It had all the amenities, including a washing machine and dual-screen projection. Free parking was available right outside the door, and the service was warm and attentive. There's a dim sum restaurant nearby (Zeng Lili) that offers great value with their group deals, and the food is absolutely delicious.

The lobby is beautifully decorated, which made a great first impression. The room was also very nice and clean, with all the amenities, and I slept very comfortably. The overall cleanliness was excellent, the bedding was clean and soft, and every detail showed signs of meticulous care. The staff were exceptionally friendly, with warm greetings and proactive assistance. The front desk lady had a lovely smile and was incredibly kind. Most importantly, transportation was very convenient, and the hotel offers free parking and valet service. We left our keys at the front desk and were able to leave them there without worry. Overall, it was a very good experience. I'll definitely be bringing friends with me next time.

I was back in my hometown on business, so I thought I'd stay there for a day and see what it was like. It was such a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend it.

We made a last-minute booking and the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was incredibly spacious and even had a living room – perfect for a get-together with friends! The service was excellent and the amenities were comprehensive. There were complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby, and they even provided eye masks, dental floss, earplugs, makeup remover wipes, and hair ties in the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The value for money was exceptional! The room had two TVs, so the kids could watch cartoons while the adults chatted and had a drink in the living room. The TVs even had streaming subscriptions. The air conditioning was powerful and the internet speed was great! We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the front desk quickly resolved them for us. We were very satisfied! Overall, our stay was fantastic and we'll definitely be back ~

We are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi. Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use. Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space. There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away. Highly recommended to everyone.
