The front desk service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast is extensive, featuring authentic local粿品 (guǒ pǐn - traditional Chaoshan snacks) and freshly made rice noodle rolls. The executive lounge is also a nice touch. The hotel is new, well-equipped, and boasts a high-altitude infinity pool and a gym. Transportation is convenient, being close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chaoshan. Highly recommended!"

"The moment I pulled into the hotel parking lot, a kind, white-haired old gentleman warmly guided me to a spot. His skillful directions made even this 20-year veteran driver feel inadequate! After I parked, he enthusiastically shared tips on local attractions, where to find great food, and how to get around. It was my first taste of Jieyang's incredible hospitality! At the front desk, Ms. Liang was even more wonderfully thoughtful. She personally showed us the rooms, and even upgraded our room type. She carefully explained the breakfast and dinner times and locations, and even sent us a list of popular sights and delicious local eats in Jieyang. We felt right at home, it was so convenient – kudos to Ms. Liang! The evening buffet and breakfast were truly highlights of the hotel, and they were included in the room rate. The extensive array of food was incredibly appetizing; it's a shame I was so busy enjoying it that I forgot to take photos. Everything I've said above is 100% true. This trip to Jieyang truly made me feel the genuine sincerity and warmth Jieyang people have for their guests, along with their innate entrepreneurial spirit!"

"Jieyang Yingbin Hotel is truly a hidden gem for travelers in Jieyang! The garden setting, built into the mountainside, is absolutely stunning. Open your window to the lush greenery of Huangqi Mountain, breathe in the fresh air, and you might even stumble upon tranquil waterscapes while strolling around – it feels nothing like the hustle and bustle of the city. The dining was also a delightful surprise; the set meal for two offered incredible value for money, with every bite reflecting the nostalgia and sincerity of old Canton cuisine. The rooms are spacious and spotless, fully equipped, and enjoying the breeze and scenery from the balcony was incredibly pleasant. What deserves the most praise are the staff here; from the doorman enthusiastically helping with luggage, to the front desk patiently providing travel tips, and the restaurant staff promptly refilling tea and changing plates, the entire experience was marked by thoughtful attentiveness, making us feel especially warm. The 24-hour front desk is always ready to assist with any needs. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Jieyang!"

"The hotel has complete facilities and a very good environment. There are washing machines and dryers on the second floor, which are very convenient. I arrived at the hotel relatively early, and the room I booked had not been refunded yet. The lady at the front desk arranged an upgraded room experience for me. The room with a massage chair was super comfortable and the room was large. I stayed very comfortably and was very satisfied with the overall service. It is cost-effective and a hotel worth recommending."

"Full score five stars highly recommended! The hardware and service of the hotel itself are good. I originally wanted to get a full score and took a lot of photos. The last thing that touched me most was the warm heart service of the hotel beyond expectations. On the way back, I suddenly found that an elder sent a pendant fell in the guest room, which was quite expensive, and I was panicked at the first time and couldn't remember where to put it. I quickly called the hotel and didn’t find it at the beginning, because the room was two floors up and down, and the area was large. Later, I explained the meaning and value of things to the hotel. A manager in the front hall knew it and went to the corridor monitoring to confirm that I had worn it into the room, and went to the room with the eldest sister to find it. I found it for more than two hours before I finally found it in the gap of the mattress. I was really touched. Most people gave up long ago, and they would not even go to a little bit to find monitoring and verification. The staff took pictures and checked with me as soon as possible, and learned that we could not return in the field, and took the initiative to arrange for SF Express to send it back. It is really rare to encounter such a sincere and warm service when traveling outside. I really recommend it to all tourists!"

"The room was not freed when I checked in, and I took the initiative to upgrade the tatami room. I caught a cold and borrowed a few pieces of ginger to boil water. Several young people at the front desk are very conscientious, and some people will sleep at the front desk and have been serving. It is really hard. There are a few places to say, there is no parking lot, it is parked at the door, there are not many cars, you can also park. The first day was uncomfortable, I slept without washing, and I wanted to take a bath the next day. There was no hot water. Until the next morning, it was an accident and the equipment was faulty. The outside air conditioner is outside the window. When it is turned on, it is turned off. But the next door is turned on. It is also very noisy here. The outside machine has been resonating. It has only been opened for two years. It is estimated that it was not installed at the beginning. It is more difficult to bear for fear of sound noise."
