"On a business trip to Kaili, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn, and the experience was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, making travel exceptionally convenient. The front desk staff was gentle and attentive, proactively recommending authentic sour soup noodles and sightseeing routes. My room was clean and quiet, and the Serta mattress provided a truly restful sleep; staying alone, I felt very secure. The breakfast was plentiful, perfect for filling up before heading out to explore the sights. The free parking and laundry room were both very practical. For a solo traveler, staying here felt safe and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"They upgraded us for free to a room with a balcony, offering a view of the village. The cleanliness was exceptional, and it wasn't a wooden house; the entire room was smart-enabled. The service was fantastic too, with welcome fruits and luggage assistance at Bridge No. 1. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and there was a fridge stocked with water and drinks. The owners are two handsome guys! Highly recommend!"

The surrounding transportation is convenient, about a five minute drive from Kaili South Station. The atmosphere is quiet, and the room design is ingenious. The quiet and beautiful atmosphere is easy to create.
"Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)"

"I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located, close to the city center and easily accessible. The service was excellent, and the staff always had a friendly smile. The room was clean and hygienic, the bed was comfortable and soft, and the linens were spotless white. The shower had a separate wet and dry area. The room had a large floor-to-ceiling window with a view. The breakfast was delicious, with delicious dishes including bread, fruit, sour soup, and noodles... I highly recommend this breakfast! You can check out until 4 PM!"

"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. She even thoughtfully asked if I needed late-night snacks delivered to my room in the evening, and sent me a message in the morning to have breakfast delivered to my room. The service was excellent, and I had a very good overall impression of the front desk! The cleanliness was good; the front desk called to inquire about housekeeping and arranged for a staff member to clean, which made me feel very reassured! The bedding was soft and comfortable, greatly improving my sleep quality. Highly recommended! The room was larger than usual, and the facilities were quite complete. It was very convenient to contact the front desk anytime if needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and late-night eateries nearby. Getting around is very easy, as the street is right outside the door. Despite being a slightly older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained and function very smoothly. The price-performance ratio is excellent; I'm very satisfied with this hotel at this price."

"I felt so welcomed and comfortable at this boutique hotel in ancient Xaisi. I understood that this hotel was in an older part of Kaili. On further exploration I found it to be in an extremely historic an ancient village of Xiasi that spanned many dynasties. Within walking distance to can find architecture that represents Qing and other dynasties . Xiasi’s streets reveal layers of history where Han, Miao, and merchant cultures converge. Stone streets, wooden covered bridges, decorated eaves, bell towers, and imperial and domestic courtyards reflect exquisite craftsmanship. My room overlooked the Qingjiang River. It was beautiful appointments with indigo fabric details. I especially liked the Chinese red chair. My room also have a spacious balcony. The owner took care of me like I was her daughter. It was so sweet. The central courtyard of the hotel is a lush garden. I loved exploring Xiasi during the quiet off-season. Its enchanting alleyways and ancient architecture is extraordinary. It’s especially romantic as evenings falls and this historic village is lit by red lanterns. I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning."

It is close to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University and close to the exam of primary and secondary schools. It is very convenient to see a doctor for the exam. Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped Hygienic: clean and refreshing Environment: Quiet, no noisy, no noisy Service: Warm and thoughtful, answer all questions.

GGuest UserThe hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel.

Environment: Pretty good. It's in the city center, a great location with convenient transportation. Shopping malls are a short walk away, and there are many restaurants; it's a lively area. Service: They didn't provide any extra blankets, and there were only two clothes hangers in the room; they didn't provide more even after I asked for them.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great environment and is very convenient whether you drive or take a taxi. There is free parking, and it's very close to the city center. There are restaurants downstairs, and the receptionist was very patient in recommending local good food. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, with a particularly soft bed that I slept very well. The breakfast was also delicious and great value for money. Highly recommended!

The landlady and the receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful. They even gave our child a cute batik bag. After exploring the ancient town, we highly recommend this place!

SShiqi⁰Hotel location is OK, it may take more than ten minutes to walk from the city center. Service is OK, but the hotel has to charge a deposit, and you need to wait for the round to be refunded when you check out. There is no disposable slippers (here is a reminder, after all, it is a two-star hotel, but some hotels also provide it). For people who don't sleep well, it is not recommended to live in a room by the road. The sound insulation is not very good. Advantages: I feel that when I check in and check out, the front desk is OK and the service is very good. Disadvantages: The main reason is that the soundproofing of the room on the side of the road is not very good. (Compared to a two-star hotel, you can't ask for too much and too high.) The price/performance ratio is quite high!
