"On a business trip to Kaili, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn, and the experience was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, making travel exceptionally convenient. The front desk staff was gentle and attentive, proactively recommending authentic sour soup noodles and sightseeing routes. My room was clean and quiet, and the Serta mattress provided a truly restful sleep; staying alone, I felt very secure. The breakfast was plentiful, perfect for filling up before heading out to explore the sights. The free parking and laundry room were both very practical. For a solo traveler, staying here felt safe and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. She even thoughtfully asked if I needed late-night snacks delivered to my room in the evening, and sent me a message in the morning to have breakfast delivered to my room. The service was excellent, and I had a very good overall impression of the front desk!
The cleanliness was good; the front desk called to inquire about housekeeping and arranged for a staff member to clean, which made me feel very reassured!
The bedding was soft and comfortable, greatly improving my sleep quality. Highly recommended!

"We chose this hotel instead inside the miao village because accessibility ( guess its suited for the elders or tour groups) because we dont have to walk-up steps with the other hotels inside the village but I heard reviews the staff of the other hotels inside village will come pick you up and help you with luggage, anyway the impression of the hotel is very big, as with the rooms, Room is clean and the bed is comfortable, Water is quite strong in shower, Breakfast area is very big, the food is so so, due lots of dishes not hot enough, its cold may be the warmers the lids not closed, Overall its pleasant stay."

The rooms are well-equipped, including a laundry basket with laundry service. Hot water is available quickly, and the air conditioning is warm. In the evening, the waiter brings fruit to the room, and you can order milk and Tremella soup, also free of charge. The hotel provides disposable toilet seats, makeup remover wipes, and face towels. "The room was clean and hygienic, although a bit small; the view from the window was breathtaking, unforgettable, even though I only stayed one night; the guesthouse is located in the town center, by the river, though a bit hard to find following the map; the facilities included a projector and a smart toilet, very stylish, although the toilet wasted too much water and the projector was difficult to operate! In short, choosing this place was the right decision! If I go to Xiasi again, I'll definitely stay here again! Yay!"

HHugthepugThis homestay in Xiasi Ancient Town was probably my favorite place we stayed during our trip.
The property has a charming farmhouse feel blended with modern comfort. Inside, the design is clean and updated, while outside you step into a rustic, peaceful setting with plants growing around the courtyard and a small pond that makes it feel like you’re staying on a quiet farm.
The beds were extremely comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, and the views were lovely and calming. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed delicious rice noodles for breakfast.
Xiasi Ancient Town itself is super cute and worth exploring, and staying here made the experience even more special.
I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy, and memorable stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel.

There were many restaurants downstairs, and the facilities were complete, including a smart home system. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy. When we left, the front desk staff even gave us some snacks. It was great value for money and highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again next time.

The room design was superb, with arched floor-to-ceiling windows and high-quality curtains offering expansive views while providing excellent light control. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the hotel was equipped with all the necessary smart features, making for a truly comfortable stay.
