"Quiet spot, small, lovely grounds with a swimming pool surrounded by a high wall. Perfect mattress in a very clean and quiet room, nice shower and Alexa to control things hands-fee, if that's your thing. Ribai Hotels -Riohacha ★★★
"Not remotely close to a hotel, something more like a dumpy hostel that pretends to be a hotel. I could just point out the fact that the shampoo and soap come in baggies, the towels (floor mats included) are cut in half, no hair dryer, hot water, it’s lit by clinical halogen lights, the room feels like a dungeon, and lastly the breakfast and breakfast room look and feel like a down and out prison cafeteria. The breakfast staff needs customer service training as they are completely and appallingly rude, but I think I may be asking for too much by that."
