"The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are spacious and airy. In this respect, the stay was quite comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good. However, when evaluated in terms of price-performance ratio, it's debatable whether it's really worth the price difference compared to other hotels. Regarding the staff, we had a mixed experience. Some of the reception staff were very polite and helpful, but some were unnecessarily rude. The bartenders, in particular, left a negative impression. The fact that the same person was in charge of both reception and the bar in the evenings also somewhat lowered the quality of service. Although we were told we could use the garden, it was unpleasant that they made a fuss when we wanted to sit there in the evening. Also, the fact that the same ashtray remained on the table in the garden for 3 days without being emptied created a poor image in terms of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the overall cleanliness either."

"Cozy and nice looking hotel near the center of Bruges. Nice location - near the center of Bruges but at the same time quiet and right next to the canal and bus stop. Lobby, halls and stairs areas look just gorgeous! Cool old furniture, paintings, statues etc. The stairs themselves are wooden and beatifully made. My room (number 2) had tall ceilings and huge windows facing the canal. Only wish it would have been on one of the upper floors. Same thing with old-style furniture in the room - that was nice and beatiful. But the old and worn power outlets were not that nice. Also, the fridge in the room was a joke - it sorta worked but didn't keep stuff in it cold, couldn't even handle a couple of beers. The bed was very comfortable and I've slept like a baby. The lobby zone was very nice to hang, really enjoyed having a beer in the evening, sitting there in one of the sofas. The breakfast was okay, not very diverse, but everything was tasty and fresh. A bit missed the porridge though. Overall, it was good experience, I've enjoyed my stay!"

"Everything was perfect excepted the mattress is too soft and it makes your back pain. For Breakfast : Suggestion on all vegan drink, please make sure that the open date is not too long that suggested on the box otherwise the taste gonna gone off like I experienced Chocolate Soya ( it tasted sour already) Also, it would be nice if you have the signs tell what each item is due to not everyone knows and some they don’t eat pork, beef or chicken."

"My partner and I had one of the mansion suites on the 3rd floor. Although our room didn’t have a view it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelt divine. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit and fresh juices / smoothies. Customised omelettes were made. The hotel itself is boutique, contemporary and in a good location to Brugge Train Station, buses and also all the main attractions. It is nestled down a quiet street but still close enough to main attractions. You have waffles and fresh potato fries shops within a minute walk from the hotel, including a supermarket if you need anything."

"great location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too. "What an amazing little hotel! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. We booked the budget canal room and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed people watching (the bridge) and the sparkly water reflecting from the lights. Really clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here!!"

"The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent."

"First of all, I took the Flix bus to Bruges Station. After getting off the bus, I entered the train station and went to the other side to find Kiss & Ride Station Take the Bruges free city shuttle bus to get on the bus. I don't need to pay. I will get on when I see the car. Google search Kiss & ride voorkant Station, it takes about seven or eight minutes to go to the station near the hotel Stadsschouwburg, which is very convenient. The hotel address is very good. It takes only three minutes to walk to the clock tower. You can also walk to other attractions. You can walk for more than 2 hours to walk. If you are tired, you will go back to the hotel to go to the toilet and drink water before leaving. Health is not big, the kettle, capsule coffee machine and the water that was not cleaned last time. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff was very welcoming. I will consider staying in Bruges next time."

"The hotel is located literally in the heart of the historic Brugge to the main attractions literally a few minutes walk, while the hotel itself is quiet and quiet. The room is cozy, made in classic Belgian style wooden beams, warm interior, very clean. Comfortable bed, quality bedding and excellent Wi‑Fi made our stay particularly comfortable. The bathroom is delighted with modern repair, good plumbing and a large selection of hygiene. I would like to celebrate breakfast a rich buffet with local cheeses, fresh baking, a variety of fruits and hot dishes. Everything was fresh and very delicious! Staff above all praise: attentive, friendly, helped with the route tips, recommended excellent cafes and walking places."
