This stay was absolutely fantastic! The lobby is stylish, and the room was clean, bright, and well-laid out, with comfortable bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The staff were polite and efficient, responding instantly to any requests. The breakfast offered a complete spread of both Western and Chinese options with fresh ingredients, and all the facilities were top-notch. I felt right at home. Five-star recommendation! The location is superb, close to the subway and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room cleanliness was meticulous, even in the corners, and the amenities were high quality. The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful, without being overbearing. The hardware, environment, dining, and service were all impeccable. This hotel is now my top choice!

Overall, a great stay! We booked a room with a bathtub and a sea-view balcony. The service was excellent; we received small gifts and fresh fruit daily, and the mini-bar was complimentary. The staff at the hotel entrance were particularly attentive, proactively helping with luggage. They even provided sand-digging tools and a daily tide schedule. Both the indoor and outdoor pools kept the kids entertained. The breakfast spread was extensive. My kids loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, with convenient public transport that makes it easy to get to sights like May Fourth Square and MixC. However, the service and cleanliness were quite mediocre. Breakfast was chaotic, like a busy market, with unsterilized dishes and food that was immediately snatched up. We had two children, and they enthusiastically offered to provide two extra toothbrush sets, only to forget about it right away. The past glory really can't hide the current problems. No need for a return visit, I already discussed this when checking out.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is situated within the Olympic Sailing Center, one of the best places to enjoy Qingdao’s most beautiful night views. In fact, this is the very spot where people come to admire the famous night scenery of May Fourth Square. When traveling with children, one of the biggest concerns is figuring out what to do in the morning or evening that everyone can enjoy comfortably. Staying at this hotel solves that problem immediately. Along the marina, where yachts are docked, you'll find small snack stands, people enjoying leisurely walks, and occasional live performances, creating a vibrant and picturesque atmosphere. It's a wonderful place to spend time with family while taking in the beautiful waterfront views. In the morning, you can enjoy a relaxing stroll and a cup of coffee while appreciating the peaceful scenery. Although I didn't visit them myself, there are also luxury brand stores right next to the hotel, making shopping very convenient if that's something you're interested in. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and responded to every request promptly and efficiently. I had a very comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommended.

I carefully chose this hotel for a relaxing trip with my kids. The location is excellent, right by the May Fourth Square and the city hall. It's a 10-minute walk to the May Fourth Square seaside, where there's a light show in the evening. The hotel has some age, but the room upgrade was fantastic – it included a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. I even brought my own hairdryer, but the one provided by the hotel was just as good as my Dyson, which was a great experience. It's convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to Badaguan, Mount Laoshan, and Wheat Island. There are also many options for ordering takeout nearby, and Mixc City is just a 10-minute walk away. On the first night, we received a complimentary bottle of Fuxin craft beer, which was a nice touch. Fruits and snacks were already prepared before check-in, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I'm satisfied.

This was my first time choosing an Atour Hotel, and I was a bit worried after seeing many reviews online mentioning this particular one was old. However, after checking in, I found it perfectly acceptable – not as old as I imagined. There were some minor signs of wear and tear in the decor, but overall, it was a comfortable stay. The hotel is right outside the Yan'an 3rd Road Metro Station exit, just a couple of steps away. Next door, there's a 7-11, Youke, and Luckin Coffee, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk had several young staff members, all very friendly, and they offered parcel collection services. I booked a Jǐmù twin room, which was very spacious. There was a large area in front of the sofa, enough to open three large suitcases with plenty of room to move around. My only minor complaint would be that the room only had one small table and one chair, making it difficult to set out multiple takeout meals or dine together comfortably. They restocked four bottles of mineral water, two bottles of their brand's tea, and one Coke every day, which I really appreciated because the tea was delicious. Room hygiene was decent, although the toilet was a bit old with some marks, and the toilet seat had lost its soft-close function, often slamming shut with a bang. However, these were all acceptable. For us, the price matched the quality. The only real inconvenience in the room was that the bathroom and toilet shared a single sliding door. This meant that when you closed the bathroom, the toilet was open, and vice versa. If someone was using the toilet, no one else could shower simultaneously because there was no separate door to close. This was not ideal when staying with a friend. Furthermore, this door couldn't be locked from the inside, so we were constantly on edge when showering or using the toilet, fearing someone might carelessly open it. The cleaning auntie had a great attitude. The only issue was on the third day when we returned to find the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned (only dirty towels and trash were removed), and our used bath towels weren't replaced with clean ones (later, the cleaning auntie told me she wasn't working that day, so it was likely an oversight by the substitute). After she found out, the room was cleaned meticulously every day afterward, and she always provided a sufficient number of fresh bath towels and hand towels. We requested a crib. During our 7-night stay, one night, my child's diaper leaked and stained the crib bedding and sheet. We informed the front desk, and they promptly replaced the entire set of crib bedding, which was very satisfying. Breakfast at the hotel was abundant with a wide variety of choices and very delicious. The shrimp, in particular, was large and fresh, and the braised duck wings and feet were also excellent. They had freshly cooked noodles, as well as freshly fried eggs and dumplings. The only minor negative was that the staff member clearing tables had a somewhat brusque attitude and loud movements. These minor shortcomings are negligible, and I would still highly recommend staying here. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. In fact, because of this positive experience, I will prioritize Atour Hotels when traveling to other cities in the future. A special thanks to the front desk lady who assisted me on my check-in day!

It‘s connected to the mix mall, so the location was really good. And the front staff are very kind. I went to check in and they upgraded the room to a suite and it was really nice. Best!! Best! My trip to Qingdao was a bit rushed, but overall it was good. I chose the Sanfu Hotel, which is very close to Yan'erdao subway station. The Lvsi seafood nearby was absolutely delicious!

We were very satisfied with our overall vacation experience. First and foremost, I'd like to commend Levi at the front desk – he was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. After speaking with him, he assisted us in requesting a late check-out and thoughtfully recommended a local spot for delicious BBQ and beer. He was also very thorough in explaining all the facilities. Midway through our stay, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. We reported it, and the issue was resolved very quickly. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach, so the location is great. Although we encountered a minor equipment issue, the response was prompt and the problem was handled effectively. Our overall experience was excellent, and the staff's service was a big plus. We will definitely prioritize this hotel again on our next visit to the West Coast, and a big thanks to Levi for his thoughtful assistance.

Very satisfied with my stay here! The location is great, not far from the beach, and right next to the district government building, which looks quite grand. While the facilities are a bit old, it's very affordable, offering excellent value for money. The swimming pool was closed, probably because there isn't enough guest traffic to justify operating it given the low room rates. However, the gym was fully functional. My daughter especially loved the bathtub, which is a nice touch for a star-rated hotel.
