"Facilities: This is a new hotel, very modern, clean, comfortable, and bright. The large parking lot and underground garage are particularly well-stocked, making parking convenient.
Cleanliness: Excellent, cleaned promptly, and supplies replaced regularly.
Environment: Convenient transportation, close to the G6 Expressway. Although not located in Jining's old town, convenient transportation is crucial. It's also close to a gas station.
Service: The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and there's also a hot pot restaurant on the upper floor. The breakfast buffet area is particularly small and needs improvement. During peak hours, the dining environment is poor due to high customer traffic. Ordering food is essentially a fight, and seats are often occupied, leading to empty tables. Over-ordered food is often taken, resulting in significant food waste. I suggest the hotel implement appropriate management and restrictions for dining guests. For large groups, they could have guests queue outside the restaurant or assign dining times in advance. This would reduce crowding and noise in the dining area, improve the dining environment, and prevent unauthorized individuals from taking advantage. Other hotel services are excellent."
